Hi everyone

I don't read that much ! lol

I read the Bible only one time !

Books I like ... *thinks hard* difficult to find ... it must be the testimony of Rachel Joy Scott. And also very interesting, this book called "Why you act the way you do" by Tim LaHaye.

Hey angels,

I just finished "The Guardian" by Dee Henderson.  I really have enjoyed the 2 books I've read by her.  Both have been a part of the "O'Malley Series"  I can't wait to get the others and read them!!

Anyone reading anything new or finished anything great recently ?

I read  "Danger In The Shadows" by Dee Henderson yesterday... I must say, I totally love her writing!  Every time I get one of her books from the library, I don't want to put it down!  She has a great style.. and a really great way of bringing faith and the struggles we sometimes go through to believe in Christ into her stories.

One of the ladies from my church just gave me about 70 books, so I have lots of fiction to read.

I'm getting ready to begin a Women's study of "The Purpose Driven Life" by Rick Warren.. has anyone read this ?

 Hey guys. I am reading a book call [The Prophecy-2024 by Kiric Doovey. This one is very scary. Christians are being experimented on by mind control because they feel that this is a sickness. ;)

Well, the world does think we are pretty mental, don't they?

I saw a T-Shirt that once said, "The world thinks Christians ought to be committed......  so does God."

I kinda liked that one.

One of my favorite authors is RC Sproul. I also like Rick Joyner.

I loved to listen to Ravi Zacharias but his books are pretty heavy reading.

Godrulz: Judging by your list of books, I'd say you're pretty intense. Do you read Sproul?

Lets see "Mere Chrisitianity" by CS Lewis and "How Then Shall We Live" by Francis Schaeffer.  Cat, I love RC Sproul.  A great one for this past season he co-authored with Dr. james Dobson called "Christ in Christmas: A Family Advent Celebration"...but the book is for the mature believer only.   Many on this board would be horribly offended by such a brazen display of pagan family love and unity.

I've read the entire "O'Malley" series by Dee Henderson. I've also read books bye Francine Rivers, Jeanette Oake, Lori Wick, Max Lucado, Al Lacy, Lorraine Snelling (very good about early settlers in the North Dakota prairie) Phillip Yancey, Chuck Swindoll, and both Billy and Franklin Graham. I guess I'm a reading junkie.
