Too many people have not learned they can change their own situation and happiness by simply breaking themselves out of that negative downward spiral. As someone who was hit hard by 'depression' years back...I had to learn this firsthand. We all have bad days here and there, but they don't have to 'plague' you once they have passed the present moment. Dwelling on past bad days are meaningless and self destructive if left unchecked. great post...always a great reminder to keep your attitude up and disregard the negative depressive feelings.
