Read all of Ephesians and underline how many times the words "In Christ" appear. We are In CHRIST. That is who you are. You are not your problems! You are a Child of the Living God. Since my husband has become ill with cancer and we are facing months of chemo depression has been a constant thing. Yet the Spirit in me refuses to give up. I keep fighting because i know that I don't fight for me but for my very heart, the love of my life. Sometimes I just stand out in the middle of my yard at night and just screem JESUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At the top of my lungs. If you feel like hitting something make it a pillow, Hey it's OK to say this stinks and I don't think it's fair. Try and keep comming back to here and to chat rooms. I think you may find what you are looking for. Never let God's word get very far from you. It is your anchor. and the sure thing that you can hang on to. It is on the is depression a sin thread. I do not know anyone who has not had bouts with things including myself. We are a people forgiven and not perfect. Rusty angel I have done that as well... who hasn't. The word of God is filled with depressed people of God. the thing is it is a Spiritual Battle, In psalms it said that David encouraged His own Soul somewhere. It was so good to switch the computer on this morning and find these encouragements from you all. I am feeling very nervous, I must admit, but I know that I have people praying for me. The doctors do not know who I am. They just see me as an inconvenience in their lives and somebody who they have classified as untreatable. That is not how God sees me and He knows better!!!!!
