The Pentagon announced it will drop all charges against Muslim US Army Chaplain James Yee.

Yee was arrested for espionage and other related charges at the Guantanamo Bay military prison for uncharged suspected terrorists to whom Yee ministered.

OK, thanks for adding commentary.

Err. . . what's the point this time? What do you want us to discuss about it?

She won't get it because she/he doesn't deserve it.

He wasn't found "not guilty"

Do you read this stuff before you post it, Homebild? It's never what you paint it to be.

from the article:

Major General Geoffrey Miller, commander of Joint Task Force Guantanamo, cited "national security concerns that would arise from the release of evidence" as the reason for dropping the case.

Yee was working as a chaplain with inmates at Guantanamo Bay

It said Capt Yee would be offered non-judicial punishment for the adultery and pornography allegations.

This means he will not have to face a court martial, but may be fined, reprimanded or put under house arrest.

LOL

where did you come up with that Nebula?

Here's one of Homebild.

Stone%20Deaf.jpg

Stone Deaf is one of the few truly invincible Warriors because nothing can shatter his impenetrable armor of non recognition. His primitive battle strategy is that he simply refuses to acknowledge any arguments he doesn't like.

His only real enemy is Admin, who has the power to eject him from the discussion forum

:)

Yee does not have to be found 'not guilty'.

He already IS 'not guilty' under the US Constitution which states anyone charged with ANY offense of the law is presumed INNOCENT until he has been proven guilty in a court of Law.

There is yet no proof of his guilt and the government has opted to not try to offer any.

He remains entirely innocent under the Law....even Military Law...even for the other misdemeanors...

The Law finds no one innocent.

....only not guilty.

Have your sins been atoned for?

You must not be an American citizen.

Under US law all are innocent until proven otherwise.
