Right now he is winning! I do believe that you have been set apart; however, you NEED to walk in your annointing. That's why the Holy Spirit is convicting you. Also...it is VERY important for you to be baptized. We are to pick up the cross and follow Christ. Remember, God was truly pleased with Jesus upon His baptism. Return to church and rededicate your life to Christ and BE BAPTISED. Complete the work that was begun in you! WALK in the annointing that has been set aside for you! BE OBEDIENT to the Spirt of the Lord. Agree with God's word! Move away from I can't to I CAN do all things in Christ who strengthens. You are victorious in Christ Jesus! As earthy parents we would do it by our works. An earthy father that loves and cares for you would say to you. "I love you and if you go clean your bedroom I will give you this car." Just imagine is a beautiful red convertable. lol Our loving and caring heavenly father would say to you. "I love you, here is your car, now go clean your room. Vroom vroom... But one thing I'm finally seeing, is that if I want to break the patterns of sin that I find myself again and again in, I MUST be ready to give EVERYTHING to God. There can't be areas where I keep things sequestered from God's work. Even if it means giving up every friend I have (which once it did), giving up what I enjoy if it distracts me from God, or being willing to go far out of my comfort zone if it means that by that I can come closer to Him. Believe me, I'm not there yet. But at least I can see that total surrender is what is required. I think if there's something between, you know what it is in your heart of hearts. If I'm not willing to do whatever it takes, then I might as well give it all up. But I won't. Keep holding on, and as I once read in a book, Pray to God to MAKE you willing to give everything to Him, even if it costs you everything you hold dear. The end will be worth it.
