I recently spent several hours viewing the movie and all the Special Features. There is so much truth in this[best as my spirit exhorts], documenting the USA and its interaction militarily with the world from WWII thru the pre-surge actions in Iraq. Have not concluded anything, BUT Revelation 13 and Revelation 13:11 sure seem like a good fit with current events. USA=Revelation 13:11 Beast??? Been thinking this for a number of years and the fit, to me, is getting better as time goes on. Highly recommend DVD and taking the time to really study it {Note: I am 64 years old, my father was a disabled WWII war veteran long since deceased, and President Eisenhower was quite important to me even though I was only 16 years old at the time. Ike's warning in January of 1961 re the USA with its standing military of 3 1/2 million and the dangers of the "military-industrial complex". This movie makes a good case for the "military-industrial-Congressional-think-tank" complex". Our war after war and "secret" efforts all around the globe may just be unstoppable. } To me, movie is awesome and a "must-see". Still pondering what appears to be the surprising degree of truth coming from inside the "miCtt" complex and, if true, what this is telling the viewer . Are those speaking {e.g. John McCain} kind of asking us for understanding of reality and to spiritually "read between the lines"? Any book that caters to a Gore Vidal, a HellyWeirdo SunDance film festival & an Oliver Stone deserves the wastebasket category with all due haste. I watched it, and the only reason I didn't throw it in the trash was because I had to return it to netflix. For those of us who know a little bit about history th efilm is depressing because of the way the truth is slanted and I counted at least 2 out and out lies that are totally dependent on a person lack of knowledge concerning history. Not a history scholar, but know a lot and keep doing checks/crosschecks/pro/con/indifferent. Please give facts here re DVD as to what you see as lies re whole DVD so we all can be edified. I have read multiple reviews in addition to hours watching/rewatching. One from National Review was very negative,but I personally found the review quite poorly done. To us all The Holy Spirit is "The spirit of truth". The Holy Spirit gives me a totally different view from yours. This is very serious business.
