The fires and gay "marriage" started very close to one another, if memory serves. Don't know if there is a connection or not, but you have to wonder if the two are linked somehow. Public transit was packed w/that & a ball game. I rushed to get to my church (media team videocamera) w/my brother (rarely visits).
