Recently they tested a missile by launching from a platform in the Caspian Sea. They exploded the warhead at the apoge of the launch. Why would they do this? It has become abundantly clear that it is so they can launch a nuclear weapon against the United States from a "cargo vessel" at sea, and explode it at an altitude of approximately 400 miles above the U.S. What would this do? Well, it would not 'burn anybody up' on the ground. So what's the problem? Something called an ELECTROMAGNETIC PULSE (EMP). The resultant EMP from 400 miles overhead would essentially cover the entire Continental United States, and large sections of Canada and Mexico. The EMP would simply FRY all solid-state devices. Every single machine, car, and industry with a micro-chip would simply STOP WORKING! ALL water supplies to almost every city in the U.S. would stop. Almost all farm machinery, factories, automobiles built after 1983, the electric grid, EVERYTHING stops working, and won't work again....... We would be stymied until we went back to non-computerized life, which would literally take us 50 years. Until then we become an essentially stone age society. Massive starvation, epidemics, etc, quickly begin to wipe out MILLIONS! Opportunistic powers wishing to grab the natural resources of the U.S. would no doubt invade under the guise of 'helping'. Anybody care to participate????? WorldNetDaily has been harping on this for quite some time now. While it is do-able, there are some technologies the US has in its "black ops" program that is literally - 'out of this world.' - Frankly, I don't see Iran getting the chance to sneak a nuke missile onto a freighter and steaming to the US coastal area. However in 5 years, or so, Iran is expected to have its own ICBM - now then - we have a different ballgame all together. Although, again, with our "out of this world" technology, even an Iranian ICBM would likely be shot down long before Apogees. -- Ditto for the Russians or the Chinese ICBMs also. CNN's Wolf Blitzer was trying to pin him down on an allowable time frame for diplomacy of 15 to 18 months perhaps. Barak refused to take the bait. From what I've been able to pick up from Israeli sources, it sounds like the Israelis are thinking Iran will have a nuke by February of 2009. Debka is reporting that the US has privately offered a very top secret anti-missile defense radar system to catch an Iranian missile just as it launches, giving Israel a critical extra 5 minutes to respond but it sounds like that kind of help won't be enough to dissuade the Israelis from striking sooner, rather than later. Dubya's team is frantically doing every thing it can to forestall Israel from striking Iran before Bush leaves office. Why? If Israel strikes - all you know what breaks loose and there goes Dubya's "legacy" as a peace maker. LoL. I'm just wondering - Do they take "stupid" pills every morning at the White House?
