I am not aware of any similar efforts by Muslims but instead they are teaching only hatred to such a degree that these people would spurn help, even threaten or harm those who have come to help, simply because they professed Christ. However christianity is looked as a threat to the non-christian faiths.A person can be be converted more easily to a christian than the other way around.
