  1. NKJ 1Co 10:13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. Prayer is really important and knowing ourselves and God deeper is really important too.
  2. Prayer has everything to do with everything in a Christian's life. LOL....I'm sorry, but you just have to explain to me how anyone could possibly compare the power of prayer to principles developed by humans who believe they understand how the human mind works. More specifically, how is the power of prayer the equivalent of psychological principle, as the person who made the original post proposed? Now what I said was" psychological principle", you said " a Christian's life, please explain to me how these to are equivalent or somehow related, given that the psychological community at large pretty much ignores all things spiritual. Sometimes if need to understand the power of the mind to give glory to God or be obedient to Him in mind, so that The mind is battle field and were called to understanding and not ingnorence. Not to sound harsh. I have alot of mental problems and meds never worked. But I beleive God want's us to understand the mind that way we might be able to understand its purpose in His will.
