Acts 2:44 And all that believed were together, and had all things common; Acts 2:45 And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need. This sounds a little like socialism to me. We need to look at this some more because I think personal property is a topic of great importance but seems to be taken for granted. 1Ti 6:7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.

I know, I know. It's owned by England. I didn't read it too close and I don't remember the details but I saw it not too long ago.

The first rider is incrementally making political conquests. When Jesus comes for that purpose He smites the nations with the sword of His mouth. Not a bow. Even if it was a bow as in weapon, which I believe it is not, this is the weapon of choice for Satan. We quench the fiery darts of the wicked one using the shield of faith. But there is no mention of arrows which would be consistent with it being a peace agreement. That is Isreal's covenant with death spoken of in Isaiah 28. 15And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. How many horsemen are there in the Bible on white horses? I think these are the only two and one of them is not Jesus, KING of Kings, LORD of lords whose name is the Word of God. While Revelation is not entirely chronolgical the breaking of the seals are in a sequential order. If this, the first seal, were Jesus wouldn't that put the second coming at the very outset of the tribulation. What about Jude's prophesy "Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints," Where are they in this picture?

Communism or socialism can not prosper! God ordained that people should have private property. It is all through the Bible. The dividing up of the land in Joshua to individual families. Thou shalt not steal.

I don't think so Hillson. How are you? Are you living in China? -
They did it before, why not try it again with new technology? Terra Cotta Warriors Rev. 9:16 And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.

11And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. 12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. 13And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. 14And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. 15And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. 16And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.

"Sec. 1531. Partial -birth abortions prohibited ... This subsection does not apply to a partial -birth abortion that is necessary to save the life of a mother whose life is endangered by a physical disorder, physical illness, or physical injury, including a life-endangering physical condition caused by or arising from the pregnancy itself." yet another troubling portion of this bill: "`(b) As used in this section-- `(1) the term `partial -birth abortion' means an abortion in which-- `(A) the person performing the abortion deliberately and intentionally vaginally delivers a living fetus until, in the case of a head-first presentation, the entire fetal head is outside the body of the mother, or, in the case of breech presentation, any part of the fetal trunk past the navel is outside the body of the mother for the purpose of performing an overt act that the person knows will kill the partially delivered living fetus." This is NOT the correct definition of a partial birth abortion! A partial birth abortion occurs when a doctor allows only a partial part of the head to come outside the mother. If the doctor waits until the head is completely outside the body of the mother, that doctor cannot then legally kill the baby, because he/she would be killing a live baby who has just been born -- according to currently existing law! In other words, by defining a Partial Birth Abortion incorrectly, describing the procedure as occurring when the head is "outside the mother", this means that a doctor can still legally kill the baby if the head is NOT completely "outside the mother". This cleverly written incorrect definition allows partial birth abortions to continue just as they always have, simply because this bill incorrectly defines -- or redefines -- what a partial birth abortion is! Who knows?????? You can see the text by searching this web site for bill number S3.

Amen daughterofaking. But sadly I must tell you this is not the good news we are being led to believe it is. The bill still contains words that allow the proceedure to

You must believe that God exists and that He is a rewarder of those that diligently seek Him. Heb 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. His reward is the exact and total opposite of what you describe here: and that the end result is that we'll be forced to accept something that leaves us dissatisfied, unhappy and depressed... 'Christians' that become like this have done the very thing thing you are seeking to avoid and have not personally pressed on to know the Lord but have lived on what other people have told them and tried to force themselves into being what they falsly percieved God wanted them to be. No man shall be condemned because he did not change his own heart, but because he did not cry to God to change it, who gave him his Holy Spirit for this very purpose, and which he, by his worldly-mindedness and impiety, quenched. Whoso hath ears to hear let him hear: and may the Lord save the reader from an impenitent and unfruitful heart! Clark's commentary on Mat 13:23 But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.

They could have been living in Nazareth and not Bethlehem at the time, but I have never heard anyone say they were in Egypt. If they were in Egypt the angel would not have told them to go Egypt (Mat. 2:13) and the child would not have been in danger before the wise men came to Herod. They entered enemy territory and then purposely rendered themselves defenseless.

There are 181 occurrences of the word wisdom in the OT and 53 in the NT, including five each in Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Ezekiel but 10 in Daniel. I just happened to look in Job also. Job 39:13 Gavest thou the goodly wings unto the peacocks? or wings and feathers unto the ostrich? Job 39:14 Which leaveth her eggs in the earth, and warmeth them in dust, Job 39:15 And forgetteth that the foot may crush them, or that the wild beast may break them. Job 39:16 She is hardened against her young ones, as though they were not hers: her labour is in vain without fear; Job 39:17 Because God hath deprived her of wisdom, neither hath he imparted to her understanding. Job 39:18 What time she lifteth up herself on high, she scorneth the horse and his rider. The song you referenced is very old indeed, dating back to the exodus. the horse and his rider hath he thrown into the sea; the horses and horsemen of Pharaoh; and which is not amiss allegorically applied, by Tertullian (s), to the world and the devil; the world is the horse, and the rider the devil; that being under his power and direction, he being the god of it, and working effectually in it; spurring and exciting the men of it to every sinful lust and pleasure; and may be put for all the spiritual enemies of God's people, especially their sins; which are cast by the Lord into the midst of the sea, never to be seen and remembered any more, and which is to them matter of a song of praise and thanksgiving.

Well Cats maybe this will get you unconfused. Mat 2:1 Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, Mat 2:2 Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him. Mat 2:3 When Herod the king had heard these things, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him. Mat 2:13 And when they were departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until I bring thee word: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him. That Herod might be troubled is understandable, but why all Jersulem ? Chuck Missler says that these wise men were known as something like 'King Makers'. And that they were most likely accompanied by a large army. That would get the attention of the entire city.

This was a good question. Gen 8:9 - But the dove found no rest for the sole of her foot, and she returned unto him into the ark,.... It being a creature that feeds upon seeds it picks off from the ground, and loving cleanness, it could find no place where it could alight, and have food to live upon, and retain its cleanness; for though the tops of the mountains were clear of the waters, yet they might be muddy and filthy with what the waters had raised up in them, or left upon them; and therefore it returned to Noah again, and not only like the raven unto the ark, but into it:

I've been unable to post an answer untill now. I'm not sure about the hints but I'll say Elijah. 1Ki 18:46 And the hand of the LORD was on Elijah; and he girded up his loins, and ran before Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel. 1Ki 18:38 Then the fire of the LORD fell, and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood, and the stones, and the dust , and licked up the water that was in the trench. What about that run, Forest, run crack? :x: She loses her next turn, right?
