I had no intention in downing Switchfoot in any form and fashion and yes they make great music. I did first state that it is my personal conviction, and honestly I only watch the news for the weather. In fact the only other shows I watch are Sports, Hunting and There are some clean TV family shows out there that we watch as well. You can also spend time with God with out acutally doing religious stuff. I do believe that God does wants us to be in tune with Him 24/7..... Another idea for the person who wrought this question if you are asking it than maybe the Holy Spirit is convicting you on it and if that is the case than I ask of you to pray and spend time in the Word of God and seek you answer from the Big Man upstairs.....

My personal conviction is that thier is an age of accountablity. So I believe that babies will be raptured up. Now who is to judge the "age of accountability" that will be up to only God himself, for I do not know the minds of every human being. Jeremiah1five stats: I have of late come to the conclusion in my studies that there is no rapture of the Church revealed as doctrine in Scripture. We will go together with Israel through the Great Tribulation as revealed in Scripture. There is no "secret rapture." There are no "two comings" of the Lord Jesus Christ. There is only one coming of the Lord Jesus Christ that is described in Scripture that we believers await. Both Church and Israel. Just curious jeremiah, where did you come up with this conclusion?

Is listening to secular music a sin even though it does not have cussing or bad ideas? I love this question because I truly belive that any music that does not honor God is putting any Christian at risk. My reasoing for that is this and this is only my personal conviction from the Holy Spirit. There were 3 archangels: Michael the archangel of war, Gabriel that archangel of messege, and Lucifer (who is known as Satan) was the archangel of Worship. And one of the ways we worship God is by music. With this personal conviction I feel that if it is not Honoring God than it is a sin. I have challeged myself and my leaders of my youth group to listen only to Christian music. That is even excluding bands like Switchfoot. I am talking about bands that you know without a shadow of doubt you know they know God. We have been doing this since July and to be honest with you my days seem so much better. I mean when all you have is God on the mind from music, it just brings an awesome joy to my spirit. I hope this helps you

Some people believe that drinking alcohol is ok since Christ turned water into wine. But that is all they had to drink that was sanitized for them to drink. Also the wine in that time was so diluted that you would have to drink close to 75 cups of wine to even feel a

God is God. Like any other name that we have given Him or that He has called Himself. As a minister I do not see any harm in calling him God on a forum. That is who He is. What is sad is that someone is spending more time in being spiritually correct than worrying about a lost and dying world.
