The actors of the feet are various European royalty who made alliances with one another, sometimes reinforced by marriages, since the time of the weakening of the Roman Empire. The actors of the toes are the pact of ten kings (leaders) of the EU. Some of the countries of the EU are strong and others are weak. The ten toes do not represent ten countries, but a pact of ten leaders of the EU. That pact has not come together yet. Nor the little horn person made certain his identity.

Before the parable of the fig tree generation passes away. 1967 + 70 = 2037 So sometime before the end of 2037 at the latest. 7 years before 2037, i.e. before the end of 2030, the 7 years will begin at the latest.

When the 7th angel sounds, it is the beginning of the end for Satan, and his grip over the nations. There will rejoicing in heaven because the time has finally come for Satan's end. When Satan is cast down to earth, he will have a time/times/half time left, which will be concurrent with the 42 months reign of the beast-king. When Jesus returns, the beast-king will be cast into the lake of fire, along with the false prophet. And Satan bound and cast into the bottomless pit.
