  1. So from the day the abomination of desolation is setup and placed in Jerusalem (to use your words) - how long will it be before Jesus returns to stand on the Mt. of Olives ?
  2. The 42 months are not in Revelation 12, but the time/times/half is. Both basically are the second half of the seven years. Uriah, you are making a mistake in terminology. I going to give you an example of the type of mistake you are making first. Suppose a reporter were interviewing President Kennedy at the white house and called him - "Mr Senator". Big mistake. Kennedy had been a Senator, but that is a completely different role than President of the United States. Similarly don't call a governor - mayor. Nor a Senator - governor. The 42 months are not 42 months of the Antichrist. The 42 months are 42 months of the beast king. Same person, but completely different roles. Being the Antichrist is the role the person will be in while is the King of Israel, coming in his own name. The Jews mistakenly thinking he is their long awaited messiah. When the Antichrist reveals himself to be the man of sin, and not the messiah after all, the Jews will reject him from continuing as their King of Israel. End of his time as the Antichrist. After he is killed and brought back to life - the person becomes the beast king. As the beast king he will become dictator of the kingdom of the ten horn kings, as they hand their kingdom over to him, Revelation 17:17. Their kingdom will the EU in its final phase. little horn - leader over ten EU leaders - before the 7 years begin. the prince who shall come - leader over ten EU leaders - following Gog/Magog, into the middle east. Antichrist - anointed the King of Israel, coming in his own name Revealed as the man of sin - End of his time as the Antichrist the beast king - dictator over the kingdom of the ten horn kings - i.e. dictator over the EU -------------------------------------------------- I agree with you that there is not a 7 year tribulation. But there is the 7 year 70th week of Daniel 9:27. Which corresponds to the 7 years in Ezekiel 39 following the Gog/Magog event. The confirmation of the covenant in Daniel 9:27 of the Mt. Sinai covenant by the person in the role of being the Antichrist, for seven years - that cycle is a requirement Moses made in Deuteronomy 31:9-13 of all future leaders of Israel. The seven years is in that text. Also there is the sequence of the 1260 days, then the war in the second heaven, which Satan cast down to earth having just a time/times/half time left - put together makeup the seven years. The first half 1260 days - Revelation 11:3, Revelation 12:6 applies to the two witnesses. In the second half (as none is exactly 1260 days) 42 months (1256.5 days) - Revelation 11:2, Revelation 13:5 - applies to the beast king the time/times/half times - Revelation 12:14, Daniel 12:7, Daniel 7:25 - applies to Satan, and the little horn's persecution once he has become the beast king the 3 1/2 days - Revelation 11:9-11 - applies to the two witnesses
  3. Justin, I am not a dispensationalist. My rapture timing view, I call the anytime rapture view. Anytime between right this very second, up until the Antichrist commits the Transgression of Desolation act of 2Thessalonians2:4. For comparison sake, here is the pre-trib rapture timing view on the same chart.... The pre-trib term is actually a misnomer. What they really mean is pre-70th week.
  4. The kingdom of the ten kings is the EU, Europe Unified. That kingdom will be destroyed and given over to the burning flame (Daniel 7:11). Europe as individual nations will continue, but never again as a unity of nations. Differently, the kingdom to be given to the saints is the everlasting Kingdom of God.
  5. If the ten kings are all ruling today over the promised land, how does this list of the ten kings of yours apply? You have stuff dating back a hundred years from today. The three which were subdued Egypt-1922 Jordan-1946 Syria-1946 The remaining horns Oman -NA Quatar-1868 Yemen-1918 Iraq-1922 Turkey-1923 Saudi Arabia -1932 Lebanon-1946
  6. That is a false accusation you are making. Jesus returns 1335 days after the abomination of desolation statue of the beast king is placed on the temple mount. On day 1185 is when the AoD statue image will be placed on the temple mount. Jesus returns 1335 days later on day 2520. ------------------------------------------ If you are referring to the series of actions by which the person becomes the beast king there is not enough information to know when on a timeline the Antichrist first reveals himself as the man of sin by committing the transgression of desolation act in 2Thessalonians2:4. Nor how much time passes between that event and him becoming the beast king. The timeframe shaded in blue on the timeline chart below cannot be determined for certain.
  7. I did not write "pre-trib" rapture. You did not go far enough in quoting from Luke 21. 35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. 36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man. The rapture is the event which Christians have been promised to escape. In 1Thessalonians5:9-11. 9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, 10 Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him. 11 Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do. --------------------------------------------------- So anyone outspoken against the rapture as the way of escaping the great tribulation - will be left behind, as they so desire, to be caught in the snare of the great tribulation.
  8. No, that is not correct. The ten kings rule together at one time. Not spread out over decades. They rule with the beast for one hour. Revelation 17:12. The one hour is the 42 months in Revelation 13:5, when they have their crowns. Revelation 13:1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
  9. You make fun of me, and say I don't understand. But you yourself have no charts, which to fit the end times time frames into. I understand how to use a graphics program to make charts with it, and you apparently don't know how to do either. How do you fit the 2300 days of the little horn of Daniel 8:14 into a 42 months timeframe ? Get yourself a graphic program like Paint Shop Pro. Learn how to use it and start making charts, that you can save to a chart folder. And then insert as appropriate in discussions you are having at different forums - showing that you have made some effort in understanding the prophecies and organizing them in the proper sequence.. You might be able to make charts with Microsoft Paint which is already on your computer. I don't know how user friendly it is for that purpose. I would recommend just going with the Paint Shop Pro program.
  10. The seven years in the 70th week of Daniel 9:27. The seven years are in Ezekiel 39. The seven years are in Revelation, as two component first and second half's. .
  11. The little horn is a person, not a nation. The little horn in Daniel 8 is referred to as a "he". Israel is referred to as a woman. You are so confused, I never said that the saints inherit Europe. The saints inherit the Kingdom of God. And Revelation 20 ? - why are you even mentioning that ? You say Israel is the little horn - and then you say the saints inherit Israel - the little horn in your view. Shilohsfoal you are not thinking rationally. The little horn will be destroyed by Jesus at Jesus's return.
  12. Make note of all the timeframes given in the various end times passages - like the 7 years, the 1260 days, the 1290 days, the 1335th day, the time/times/half times, the 2300 days, the 3 1/2 days, the 42 months. Arrange those in the correct order so your timeline fits together without conflicts. The two witnesses 1260 days of prophesying are the first half of the 7 years.
  13. The little horn is not in Daniel 11:31. The little horn of Daniel 8 and Daniel 7 is time of the end. Daniel 11:31 is ancient history; the vile person was Antiochus IV. The time of the end verses in Daniel 11 begin in Daniel 11:36, with the arch villain of the end times already in the role of being the beast king. --------------------------------------------------- 1. Track through the prophecies, and determine the path of the arch villain of the end times. ...from his beginnings to his end when he will be cast alive into the lake of fire. He goes through several roles along that path, beginning as the little horn and ending as the beast king. He begins as the little horn, leader over ten EU leaders. Following the Gog/Magog event, he becomes the prince who shall come. Upon arriving in the middle east, the Jews will errantly believe that he is their long awaited messiah. He will be anointed the King of Israel, coming in his own name. At that point, he becomes the Antichrist. He will confirm the Mt. Sinai covenant, and the 7 years will begin. About 3 years into the 7 years, he will commit the transgression of desolation act, revealing himself as the man of sin - and not the messiah after all. The Jews will reject him from continuing as their King of Israel, ending his time as the Antichrist. He will be killed for his audacious act of claiming to have achieved god-hood, and sitting in the temple. Shorty, thereafter, he will be brought back to life as the beast. The ten EU leaders will hand their EU kingdom over to the beast to be dictator of the EU - the king of the West. Handing their kingdom over to the beast is in Revelation 17:17.
  14. The transition verse to the time of the end is in Daniel 11:35. 35 And some of them of understanding shall fall, to try them, and to purge, and to make them white, even to the time of the end: because it is yet for a time appointed. In the next four verses, the time of the end begins with verse 36 as it begins talking about the time of the end king who claims to be greater than every god. And shall speak marvelous thing against the God of gods. Just as the beast king of Revelation 13:5-6 does - because he is that beast king. And disregards "the God of his fathers" because he is a Jew. 36 And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done. 37 Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all. 38 But in his estate shall he honour the God of forces: and a god whom his fathers knew not shall he honour with gold, and silver, and with precious stones, and pleasant things. 39 Thus shall he do in the most strong holds with a strange god, whom he shall acknowledge and increase with glory: and he shall cause them to rule over many, and shall divide the land for gain.
  15. You are the one not paying attention to what you read. It does not say "start" anywhere in Daniel 11:40. Instead, it says "At the time of the end".
  16. @ Shilohsfold What we have to do in our study of eschatology is find all of the passages in the bible that are time of the end specific. And put those together in a timeline of events - so we have a clear picture of what is going to take place. The two most beneficial ways for us to achieve our goal of a timeline of events are. 1. Track through the prophecies, and determine the path of the arch villain of the end times. ...from his beginnings to his end when he will be cast alive into the lake of fire. He goes through several roles along that path, beginning as the little horn and ending as the beast king. 2. The second beneficial way is to make note of all the timeframes given in the various end times passages - like the 7 years, the 1260 days, the 1290 days, the 1335th day, the time/times/half times, the 2300 days, the 3 1/2 days, the 42 months. Arrange those in the correct order so our timeline fits together without conflicts.
  17. The time of the end in Daniel 11 begins with verse 36, the willful king. That king will be the king of the West - the beast king of the EU, with allies likely of the U.S. and Canada, the rest of the powerful western nations, who will be controlling all of the middle east oil at that time. Near the end of the 7 years, the king of the south will push at "him" the king of the West. Upon seeing that, the king of the North with quickly join in to attack "him" the king of the West. 40 And at the time of the end shall the king of the south push at him: and the king of the north shall come against him like a whirlwind, with chariots, and with horsemen, and with many ships; and he shall enter into the countries, and shall overflow and pass over. To add to the king of the West's worries, news out of the east and more from the north are heading toward him. These movements will be a prelude to Armageddon, drawing all nations into the middle east.
  18. The week is a week of years. All of the other events like unto messiah are based on a week of years.
  19. You are ignoring Daniel 11:35. The time of end is future of that verse. 35 And some of them of understanding shall fall, to try them, and to purge, and to make them white, even to the time of the end: because it is yet for a time appointed.
  20. No, Daniel 12:11 is not saying that. In Daniel 9:27, it is in the middle part of the seven years that the daily sacrifice is stopped. 27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.
  21. Daniel 11:31 is historic. The time of the end verses in Daniel 11 begin in verse 36.
  22. Please use my screen-name. douggg.
  23. The verse is combining two related events - not that the time between the two events is 1290 days. But 1290 days from then - something happens. It does not say what in Daniel 12. But from Matthew 24:29-24:30a, it will be the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. -------------------------------------------------------- the daily sacrifice is abolished and the abomination that causes desolation is set up The Antichrist will stop the daily sacrifice. And commit the transgression of desolation act. He will be killed for it and brought back to life a few days later to become the beast king. Then the false prophet will have the AoD image of the beast king made and placed on the temple mount - on day 1185 of the 7 years, 1335 days before Jesus returns on day 2520 of the 7 years. Aod - 1335 days to Jesus's return Aod - 1290 days to the sign of the Son of Man in heaven The 45 days in between, the kings of the earth assemble their armies as Armageddon to try and stop Jesus from returning down to earth and executing judgment on them.
  24. I agree with Jesus. But not with the way you have worded your sentence. Jesus said in Matthew 24 that the great tribulation begins when the abomination of desolation is standing in the holy place. How long the great tribulation lasts is the 1335 days in Daniel 12:11-12. What happens at the end of the 1290 days is that the sign of the Son of man appears in heaven (Matthew 24:30a). Which sends terror into the hearts of the wicked. And the kings of the earth will assemble their armies at Armageddon to make war on Jesus. They will be given 45 days to prepare for that great day of the Lord God Almighty. Revelation 16:14-16.
  25. No, the confusion is with you. I have timeline charts and timing charts and you don't.
