  1. Enoch 7:1 It happened after the sons of men had multiplied in those days, that daughters were born to them, elegant and beautiful. Enoch 7:2 And when the angels, (3) the sons of heaven, beheld them, they became enamoured of them, saying to each other, Come, let us select for ourselves wives from the progeny of men, and let us beget children. (3) An Aramaic text reads "Watchers" here (J.T. Milik, Aramaic Fragments of Qumran Cave 4 [Oxford: Clarendon Press, 1976], p. 167). Enoch 7:3 Then their leader Samyaza said to them; I fear that you may perhaps be indisposed to the performance of this enterprise; Enoch 7:4 And that I alone shall suffer for so grievous a crime. Enoch 7:5 But they answered him and said; We all swear; Enoch 7:6 And bind ourselves by mutual execrations, that we will not change our intention, but execute our projected undertaking. Enoch 7:7 Then they swore all together, and all bound themselves by mutual execrations. Their whole number was two hundred, who descended upon Ardis, (4) which is the top of mount Armon. (4) Upon Ardis. Or, "in the days of Jared" (R.H. Charles, ed. and trans., The Book of Enoch [Oxford: Clarendon Press, 1893], p. 63). Enoch 7:8 That mountain therefore was called Armon, because they had sworn upon it, (5) and bound themselves by mutual execrations. (5) Mt. Armon, or Mt. Hermon, derives its name from the Hebrew word herem, a curse (Charles, p. 63). Enoch 7:9 These are the names of their chiefs: Samyaza, who was their leader, Urakabarameel, Akibeel, Tamiel, Ramuel, Danel, Azkeel, Saraknyal, Asael, Armers, Batraal, Anane, Zavebe, Samsaveel, Ertael, Turel, Yomyael, Arazyal. These were the prefects of the two hundred angels, and the remainder were all with them. (6) (6) The Aramaic texts preserve an earlier list of names of these Watchers: Semihazah; Artqoph; Ramtel; Kokabel; Ramel; Danieal; Zeqiel; Baraqel; Asael; Hermoni; Matarel; Ananel; Stawel; Samsiel; Sahriel; Tummiel; Turiel; Yomiel; Yhaddiel (Milik, p. 151). Enoch 7:10 Then they took wives, each choosing for himself; whom they began to approach, and with whom they cohabited; teaching them sorcery, incantations, and the dividing of roots and trees. Enoch 7:11 And the women conceiving brought forth giants, (7) (7) The Greek texts vary considerably from the Ethiopic text here. One Greek manuscript adds to this section, "And they [the women] bore to them [the Watchers] three races–first, the great giants. The giants brought forth [some say "slew"] the Naphelim, and the Naphelim brought forth [or "slew"] the Elioud. And they existed, increasing in power according to their greatness." See the account in the Book of Jubilees. Enoch 7:12 Whose stature was each three hundred cubits. These devoured all which the labor of men produced; until it became impossible to feed them; Enoch 7:13 When they turned themselves against men, in order to devour them; Enoch 7:14 And began to injure birds, beasts, reptiles, and fishes, to eat their flesh one after another, (8) and to drink their blood. (8) Their flesh one after another. Or, "one another’s flesh." R.H. Charles notes that this phrase may refer to the destruction of one class of giants by another (Charles, p. 65). Enoch 7:15 Then the earth reproved the unrighteous. Enoch Chapter 9 Enoch 9:1 Then Michael and Gabriel, Raphael, Suryal, and Uriel, looked down from heaven, and saw the quantity of blood which was shed on earth, and all the iniquity which was done upon it, and said one to another, It is the voice of their cries; Enoch 9:2 The earth deprived of her children has cried even to the gate of heaven. Enoch 9:3 And now to you, O you holy one of heaven, the souls of men complain, saying, Obtain Justice for us with (10) the Most High. Then they said to their Lord, the King, You are Lord of lords, God of gods, King of kings. The throne of your glory is for ever and ever, and for ever and ever is your name sanctified and glorified. You are blessed and glorified. (10) Obtain justice for us with. Literally, "Bring judgment to us from." (Richard Laurence, ed. and trans., The Book of Enoch the Prophet [London: Kegan Paul, Trench & Co., 1883], p. 9). Enoch 9:4 You have made all things; you possess power over all things; and all things are open and manifest before you. You behold all things, and nothing can be concealed from you. Enoch 9:5 You have seen what Azazyel has done, how he has taught every species of iniquity upon earth, and has disclosed to the world all the secret things which are done in the heavens. Enoch 9:6 Samyaza also has taught sorcery, to whom you have given authority over those who are associated with him. They have gone together to the daughters of men; have lain with them; have become polluted; Enoch 9:7 And have discovered crimes (11) to them. (11) Discovered crimes. Or, "revealed these sins" (Charles, p. 70). Enoch 9:8 The women likewise have brought forth giants. Enoch 9:9 Thus has the whole earth been filled with blood and with iniquity. Enoch 9:10 And now behold the souls of those who are dead, cry out. Enoch 9:11 And complain even to the gate of heaven. Enoch 9:12 Their groaning ascends; nor can they escape from the unrighteousness which is committed on earth. You know all things, before they exist. Enoch 9:13 You know these things, and what has been done by them; yet you do not speak to us. Enoch 9:14 What on account of these things ought we to do to them? , p. Enoch 10:6 Again the Lord said to Raphael, Bind Azazyel hand and foot; cast him into darkness; and opening the desert which is in Dudael, cast him in there. Enoch 10:7 Throw upon him hurled and pointed stones, covering him with darkness; Enoch 10:8 There shall he remain for ever; cover his face, that he may not see the light. Enoch 10:9 And in the great day of judgment let him be cast into the fire. Enoch 10:10 Restore the earth, which the angels have corrupted; and announce life to it, that I may revive it. Enoch 10:11 All the sons of men shall not perish in consequence of every secret, by which the Watchers have destroyed, and which they have taught, their offspring. Enoch 10:12 All the earth has been corrupted by the effects of the teaching of Azazyel. To him therefore ascribe the whole crime. Enoch 10:13 To Gabriel also the Lord said, Go to the biters, (13) to the reprobates, to the children of fornication; and destroy the children of fornication, the offspring of the Watchers, from among men; bring them forth, and excite them one against another. Let them perish by mutual slaughter; for length of days shall not be theirs. (13) Biters. More accurately, "bastards" (Charles, p. 73; Michael A. Knibb, ed. and trans., The Ethiopic Book of Enoch [Oxford: Clarendon Press, 1978], p. 88). Enoch 10:14 They shall all entreat you, but their fathers shall not obtain their wishes respecting them; for they shall hope for eternal life, and that they may live, each of them, five hundred years. Enoch 10:15 To Michael likewise the Lord said, Go and announce his crime to Samyaza, and to the others who are with him, who have been associated with women, that they might be polluted with all their impurity. And when all their sons shall be slain, when they shall see the perdition of their beloved, bind them for seventy generations underneath the earth, even to the day of judgment, and of consummation, until the judgment, the effect of which will last for ever, be completed. Enoch 10:16 Then shall they be taken away into the lowest depths of the fire in torments; and in confinement shall they be shut up for ever. Enoch 10:17 Immediately after this shall he, (14) together with them, burn and perish; they shall be bound until the consummation of many generations. (14) He. I.e., Samyaza. Enoch 10:18 Destroy all the souls addicted to dalliance, (15) and the offspring of the Watchers, for they have tyrannized over mankind. (15) Dalliance. Or, "lust" (Knibb, p. 90; cp. Charles, p. 76). Enoch 10:19 Let every oppressor perish from the face of the earth; Enoch 10:20 Let every evil work be destroyed; Enoch 10:21 The plant of righteousness and of rectitude appear, and its produce become a blessing. Enoch 10:22 Righteousness and rectitude shall be for ever planted with delight. Enoch 10:23 And then shall all the saints give thanks, and live until they have begotten a thousand children, while the whole period of their youth, and their sabbaths shall be completed in peace. In those days all the earth shall be cultivated in righteousness; it shall be wholly planted with trees, and filled with benediction; every tree of delight shall be planted in it. Enoch 10:24 In it shall vines be planted; and the vine which shall be planted in it shall yield fruit to satiety; every seed, which shall be sown in it, shall produce for one measure a thousand; and one measure of olives shall produce ten presses of oil. Enoch 10:25 Purify the earth from all oppression, from all injustice, from all crime, from all impiety, and from all the pollution which is committed upon it. Exterminate them from the earth. Enoch 10:26 Then shall all the children of men be righteous, and all nations shall pay me divine honours, and bless me; and all shall adore me. Enoch 10:27 The earth shall be cleansed from all corruption, from every crime, from all punishment, and from all suffering; neither will I again send a deluge upon it from generation to generation for ever. Enoch 10:28 In those days I will open the treasures of blessing which are in heaven, that I may cause them to descend upon earth, and upon all the works and labour of man. Enoch 10:29 Peace and equity shall associate with the sons of men all the days of the world, in every generation of it. Enoch is the 7th from Adam (Genesis 5:21-24), is spoken of in Jude 1:14( Jude, coincidentally, spoke of the angels reserved for judgement). We are told that 'Enoch walked with God'... for 300 years... the book of Enoch, which was included in the Authorized King James along with the rest of the Apocrypha until the 20th century, gives much more detailed insight onto the happenings in the world prior to the Flood. The predominate theme in both accounts is that by 'mixing', the people needed to be destroyed. I'm going to go out on a limb and say this. Jesus tells us that His coming will be when it is 'as in the days of Noah' and in Matthew 24:38 we are told we are guilty of giving and taking in marriage? Marriage is a foundational cornerstone of Christianity, so marriage done properly can't be sinful. We must look to the word 'strange', what is 'strange flesh'? Is it angels, animals,...people? The Strong's Concordance renders it as such (5237 nokriy nok-ree' from <a href="http://www.eliyah.com/cgi-bin/strongs.cgi?file=hebrewlexicon&isindex=5235" style="font-family: arial; background-color: rgb(233, 225, 205); ">5235 (second form); strange, in a variety of degrees and applications (foreign, non-relative, adulterous, different, wonderful):--alien, foreigner, outlandish, strange(-r, woman).) The Israelites were continually told not The Israelites were continually forbidden from marrying outside of their people, whether it be Moabites, Canaanites, Medianites, etc, and these are other races! Not countries or landmasses, these are races of people. So going after strange flesh they were breaking Yahweh's covenant with them. Time and time again this occured, consider Phinehas...(Gen 34) he impaled an Israelite male that brought a woman of the moabites into the congregation which is strictly forbidden in the Law and the Prophets. Instead of judging him for murder under the 6th commandment law of 'thou shalt not commit murder', He made a covenant with him, an everlasting covenant from generation to generation. So there is obviously a moral standpoint that God holds regarding adulterating His holy seed. 50 years ago, the churches would actually make a stand for biblical principle in this nation, Billy Graham himself would speak to Nixon in his office about this very thing among others which are deemed either racist or anti-semetic today, until he received a large sum of money in support of his books. He quickly changed his tune to that of a different piper, and ever since our churches have been misled..the blind leading the blind. (I dare not say all churches, there are still numerous that cling to the Word and rebuke the ideas man promotes in their stead.) Like it or not, it is truth found in scripture. Yahweh has foreordained all of this to come to pass, many ask where God is during 'bad' times and the like, failing to realize He is always there...chastizing His beloved children for their lawlessness. Also remember that Jesus said there would a falling away first, a falling away from truth, it is apostasy and its in full swing today. Our churches collectively are told what to preach by governement organizations and the World Council of Churches. Rather than trusting that God will raise up his own pastors, we look to celebrity pastors for our teachings. Sorry for the rant, but i feel very strongly about biblical principles, only those that can be solidly founded in Scriptures. All else is mere speculation, and may be interesting, but 'by the mouth of two or more witnesses are ALL things established'. Jesus taught trust NO man, for his word is truth!
  2. These two will cause many to hear the fateful words "depart from me you worker of iniquity, I never knew you" Jesus came to take away the sin of man and destroy the works of the devil. The sin of man is doing what is right in his own eyes and getting man to do so is the works of the devil. Doing what is right in your own eyes involves a lot of using your brain for a second to speculate about that which you don't know and leading one into sin. I'll stick with what is written and believe that God created all land animals/creatures on the same day and not speculate further. If there is biblical evidence to suggest otherwise then I am quite willing to listen. Gary Gary I understand the concern of 'free will' but it is given us by Yahweh God, is it not? You are correct, however, that we should be careful how much we overthink things, as there is simplicity in Christ. But keep in mind, the law and the prophets gives us our guidelines as to ' how to think'. If we understand the morality of God (which is contained in His eternal law) then we can tread a little more fearlessly on the unknown. Its when we allow these thoughts of 'ours' to replace Christian dogma (not church dogma) that we are faced with a problem. We must at all times remain humble before God and prayerfully seek the truth. If we ask that things of falsehood be removed from our minds, then they will be. Simple. As far as leading into sin, I only quote Matthew 7:5, and this is not really directed toward anyone in particular so don't think for a moment that I am calling you out! "Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye." Before you assume that I am thinking out of my own heart, consider Jesus's words. I'm sure there are many areas in your life as well that is sinful, for all fall short of the glory of God. The prophets, I'm sure, were considered total nutcases by the majority in their day, just as Jesus was in His. By no means am I a prophet of any sort, but there have been times in my life when God has literally 'shown' me truth. I cannot explain it, but He speaks to me and I listen. But, I agree with you on all points stated, just remember that not everyone is carnally minded and there are those that seek Gods face at all times in all things.
  3. The traditions of men Christ spoke about were certainly not Christmas and Easter because they were not even in circulation then. And all Hallow's Eve was not celebrated on the same continent as the one Jesus walked on. As another poster put it some time back, have YOU repented of using the names of the days of the week? For some people driving a car is a sin. For others, women wearing jeans is a sin. For some people, thinking they need to correct everyone is how they celebrate every day. Yeah, I don't think so. Christmas as usual with Christ as the focus. So are you saying that what Christ said only applies to his time? Then why be a Christian in the first place. You can try and shoot down my posting based on your own interpretation if you like. All I'm saying is that, Christmas and Easter, whether they began in paganism or true spiritual belief, we don't really know. We are told in scripture that the people will be deceived, so how do we know that what we read in history books are true? Even the KJV Authorized is full of mistranslations and grammatical error. This is where the Spirit is important, otherwise, the Bible becomes merely a 'book of good stories'. We know from evidence that has been documented and put on display for anyone to go see in person, so we know that much of known history is fact. Nonetheless, we are commanded by Jesus to come out from among the confusion of the world, to abstain from all appearances of evil, etc. So, when Jesus speaks against tradition, I hearken to His Word. Man has a way of creating tradition that sets aside the morality of Yahweh God. If you choose to celebrate, by all means celebrate brother. It is not my place to judge any man, only discern your actions or works. If you faithfully commit the day to worship and remembrance of our King, and do not fall trap to the vices that are now tied in with it, then isn't that considered worship in spirit and in truth? I was merely pointing out that, yes, historically it is a fact that Christmas began as a pagan celebration, and Ezekiel speaks of those that set up trees in their homes and decorate them Ezekiel 17:22-24. So again, hearken unto the Word. Too many people will say they are doing it in the name of Jesus, but still lie to their children about a 'Santa Claus', and then wonder why so many children lie as adults. Could it be that we portray that image, that it is okay to lie as long as it is in 'innocence'? If the day is about Jesus, then let it be about Jesus. But why can't we make such a fuss every day of the year, instead of creating a 'reason for the season'. How many of us truly abide by 'every word that proceeds from the mouth of God'? There is so much debate on every forum except a few, so many people have their own interpretations of what means what. Yet, the majority sit in a pew on Sunday, taking the word of a man over the diligent prayer and study of the Word. I don't judge anyone, I merely seek to point out common sense truth. There is simplicity in Christ.
  4. In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.(period) And the earth was(became) without form and void(empty and desolate)... There is no mention of these creatures having been created by God. God created all things that he saw as GOOD, dinosaurs did nothing to establish a kingdom or gain dominion over the earth. They simply ate, slept, and procreated themselves to death. We all can agree that Lucifer was cast from heaven with a third of the angels, right? use your brain for a second, how could one attempt to be like God? Through miracles? Christ gave us the power to perform miracles. So it can't be that. I think that it is creation... Lucifers rebellion could have been an attempt to create his own creation, to be like God, but being a lesser being than Yahweh, he failed. And thus, God had to destroy the face of the earth to form Adam and establish dominion over that which he created. Even to this day, wicked men are in the process of 'creating' things that are damaging and unhealthy to the populace. Everything from pharmaceuticals to energy supplements(outside of natural herbs), these are things that God did not put here. He gave us the earth and what it produces, and even that has been turned against us. Its just speculation, as we may not be meant to ever know the truth before this earth age. May I ask, you don't believe God created dinos? (I don't think we existed at the same time as the dinos or that they were on the ark munching hay with the giraffes)... Are you saying you think satan created them? I won't leave you guessing...I don't believe that, Bible does not indicate he ever created anything but chaos (although I might lean towards an event that rendered the globe empty & desolate) I did read you are 'speculating' One more thing please...where do humans perform miracles? I believe that God performs them and the Bible indicates that so can the devil, but where do you see people doing so? Thanks...alotta probing questions I know, but I'm like that ps.....I should add that I do not think if a person asks questions and happens to believe there is more in Genesis that just 6 days that it makes them a liar (as the person you quoted). I don't think God considers that lying either. I think the Bible indicates there is only one way to be saved and one way to come into the family of God and it certainly is NOT whether or not you happen to believe there is more than meets the eye in Moses' rendering of creation events I've said it b4 and here again: The Bible is written on a 'need to know' basis. i appreciate your honetsy and the questions! I will try to clairfy if possible. no, I believe that all things were created by Jesus Christ, as we are told in Colossians 1:16, including the angels and Lucifer himself. I was merely speculating a thought to try and break the falsehood that dinos and humans lived together at any time. I have a problem when Christians refuse to accept scientific, historical, and archaeological facts. I'm sure Satan wanted Gods praise and glory given him by the 'host of heaven'. There is mention in the Jeremiah 4:23 of a time when the earth was 'without form and void' and it speaks of cities and men... So it is apparant that we are but merely a speck in the hourglass of life, and the things before us we know nothing of. We may think that we know, but we do not! As far as miracles go, we may not see them the way our mind portrays them. Example, giving sight to the blind---yes, Yahshua literally gave sight back to a blind man, and with faith, i believe we could do the same. but on a lesser level, have you ever witnessed to someone that was a non believer, and have them 'open their eyes' to the truth? The same goes with raising the dead, where Jesus literally spoke people back to life, there are people that are dead inside, spiritually. Perhaps they had walked a Christian life until temptation and suffering came about(parable of the mustard seed). I have known people in my life that lost a loved one, or a child and blamed God. God surely works in mysterious ways, but who are we to question His divine will? Oftentimes, they end up resenting God for their loss, and lead a life of sorrow. A spiritual death is not a pleasant thing. But by doing works, and leading by example, we sometimes can bring them back 'from the dead'. I hope this helps with your questions, i look forward to talking with you more.
  5. Angels don't procreate? What about Genesis 6 and the account found in 1 Enoch 6? These 'sons of God' are his angels, the same mentioned in Jude 6 who' kept not their first estate'.
  6. We are to 'study to show ourselves approved'... 2 Tim 2:15, and that goes beyond the scope of scripture alone. In order to be 'wise as serpents and harmless as doves' we must arm ourselves with knowledge so that when something that is not of God comes before us, we can rebuke it, righteously. Christmas is no more Christian than Halloween, and the same goes with Easter. They are all traditions of men, which is something Christ taught against. All forms of holiday today only serves to feed the 'merchants of the earth' and further establish global dominance by a secular government. The only 'celebration', if you will, is that of Passover, which Christ commanded we follow in remembrance of Him. So anything outside of that should just be disregarded. i really hope that my fellow Christians will search their hearts and ask the Spirit to guide them. We can choose to serve mammon, or we can choose to serve God. I notice quite a few here that do everything in their power to 'prove' a point of political correctness on this forum. Most overlook or throw out scriptures that are contrary to their statements. i.e. Homosexual preachers and Christians...how is that even possible when scripture is plain in both testaments as to the 'natural use' and the 'reprobate mind'? All i pray for is that we seperate ourselves from this world, and come out from among them and be ye seperate! Amen
  7. "But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before." Why is it that this, among other scripture (i.e. Rev 2:9, Rev 3:9, John 8:44, etc) are rarely if ever covered in modern churches? Why do the churches never discuss things such as the 'doctrine of Baalim' who are the 'Nicolaitanes'(whom Jesus hates), the true meaning of fornication as offered by the Strongs Concordance?(adultery and fornication don't mean the same thing). If Jesus holds 5 of the 7 churches at fault for these things, shouldn't we be paying attention to what is being taught and discern for ourselves if it is scriptural or if its tripe? Just humble questions from a servant of Yahshua. Under the blood, Stephen
  8. Then why is it that the Jews, (Pharisees and not Judean Israelites) shouted 'his blood be on our heads and our children"?
  9. John 8:44 "Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it." Nuff said? nuff said..
  10. In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.(period) And the earth was(became) without form and void(empty and desolate)... 11. why can't anyone ever want to think logically and reason together in scripture? as soon as someone says that 'jews aren't chosen' people get all in a frenzy, just like the Pharisees of Christs time. If you want to got through life seeing through your own bifocals, be my guest. Judeo Christianity in itself is a different religion that Christ taught to begin with. I bet you just love Luke 19:27
  12. Just food for thought.
  13. As much as we seek to 'love' everyone like the pulpits today teach us, in the process we forget the morality of God. like Jake said in a previous posting, God says bluntly the things that he hates, abhors, despises, finds as an abomination, etc. He even hates the descendents of Esau! (Malachi 1:1-3 and Romans 9:13) We are taught in Ecclesiastes 3:8 that 'there is a time for love and a time for hate'. God is in control of all things, and we must never neglect this simple fact. The reason so many get upset at the mention of homosexuality is because either they are to concerned with the god of political correctness, or they are 'of this earth' and not 'born from above'. We are taught in Romans 1:28, that people choose for themselves to turn away from God and do 'detestable' things. So we must 'know them by their fruits'. I have seen a few videos recently of sodomites attacking pastors and other christians out of their hatred for the Word and the truth in it. 90% of the time, people feel condemned by the Word and rather that choose to 'go and sin no more', they choose the world at a huge spiritual cost. Most of this comes from the modern pulpits inability to abide in the Word themselves, as 'sin is transgression of the law" 1 John 3:4. What law, you say? Well, perhaps that found in Deuteronomy and Leviticus, the very law that many people think was 'nailed to the cross', forgetting all the while that Jesus himself in Matthew 5:18 that 'the law is eternal'. Heaven and earth surely haven't passes away, so who are we to promote iniquity? In the parable of the tares and the wheat, we are told that 'all things which offend are cast into the fire'. Harsh? Yes. Truth, yes. Men and men together and women and women together are simply an abomination to God, and have cast aside the 'natural use' of themselves for their own perversions. I humbly put forth, that we as Christians had best begin applying the Word to our lives rather than applying our lives to what pieces of the Word we want to agree with. James 4:4 "Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God."
  14. How about that 'the Master' gives his 'servants'(Christians) knowledge and understanding, but rather than spread the 'wealth' we hold onto it, and never 'let our light shine before men', we are responsible for more than just 'witnessing' the glory of God. There are false prophets and false brethren in our midst, and we had best become aware of them as it is already almost to far gone to recover the truth behind many of our pulpits today. Trust NO MAN, only Jesus, as 'thy Word is truth'. And as for Jews following Jesus, you are correct only in the sense that the term 'Jews' is loosely applied to both Jews (as in Pharisee, Talmudic, and Saduccee) and the Judeans--or the Israelites that dwelled in Judea. Remember, Jesus taught; "I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel" Matthew 15:24 and commanded his disciples likewise in Matthew 10:5. Please don't attempt to somehow say that God has changed His mind since the Word was given to His people, Israel, thousands of years ago. God is eternal, and He is all things to all people. Even the term 'Gentile' is applied to those same Israelites. Jew and Gentile, both are referring to Israelites, and not Jews. There is not one instance in the KJV or the Septuagint that states, 'the Jews are Gods people'. Jews have never had a king, they have never accepted Christ, they still speak a form of Hebrew, and still retain the name of Israel...when God prophesied through Jeremiah and Isaiah and Ezekiel, that the Israelites would, go by another name, speak a new tongue, live in a new land, have a king of the line of David forever, etc, etc. Who has spread the gospel to the corners of the earth? And who is it that continually seeks to destroy Christianity around the globe? At least think about it for a minute, if the Jews were really 'chosen' why does Paul say that they are 'contrary to all men' in 1 Thessalonians 2:15, and why were people afraid to speak up for Jesus for 'fear of the Jews'in John 7:13, and John 20:19? Why does the Bible teach that the Jews killed Jesus? have you ever thought and prayed for understanding of Revelation 2:9 and 3:9? If not, I recommend you become familiar with these scriptures, as we are being deceived, and have been now for over 2000 years. I will put out the same challenge that Henry Ford did...you find one verse in the KJV of the Bible, that proves that the Jew is Gods Chosen people (no footnotes or marginal statements allowed, this must be substantiated in the Word) and I will forfeit the rights to my home, my vehicle, and my bank accounts. Amen.
  15. Also consider the order of Melchezidek. It is apparent from stem to stern that Jesus Christ is our Creator. Don't let false prophets tell you anything that demotes our King and Savior to merely the Son of God. Or course He is just that, as born of the fleshly line of Adam through Seth on through Isaac and Jacob. Nonetheless, Adam was a 'son' of God, Lucifer was a 'son of God' and even through repentance and commitment to the Word, we can become Sons of God. So know the simple teachings of Jesus are truth, and never let any man tell you otherwise.
