  1. Very touchy subject. I can't say that I would even entertain that "Homosexuality" in not a sin. Sin is ANYTHING that is not natural. We all sin and fall short, but be not ignorant either of sin. Those who are saved will not continue in it. I'm not sure about all the facts of homosexuality existence. I do know that it is a real thing in this world and has been for centuries. But unnatural as well. Homosexuality in the bible is plain right out not excepted. And as well, I don't like the sin, and neither does God, but, I can't be ignorant of it and the "sinner" is the one loved by God, so we don't like the sin, but love the sinner, yet, doesn't mean we have to except it! I wont go into my thoughts about that, because it's irrelevant and homosexuality is a real and current problem in this world today. Studies say that it's something we are born with. I know that the Nephilim, in the bible, were descendants of the fallen Angels in Gen 6:4. And that in the story of lot, there were existing fallen angels who were homosexuals and part of the reason why God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah. But in response to this topic, I just feel strongly that no nation or religion should ever be lead by someone who does not believe in the "truth". But in this day and time, many of our governments, religions and country's are. It was predicted by many prophets that it would be. :-) Have a great day and God bless!!
  2. With all of this I add this too, (BTW, one of my favorite books of the bible is "Ephesians") Eph 1: 17 in part, " The Spirit will make you wise and let you understand what it means to know God" Eph 1:19-20 " I want you to know about the great and mighty power that God has for us followers. It is the same wonderful power he used when he raised Christ from death and let him sit at His right side in heaven " Eph 2:4-6 and Paul repeats again " God loved us so much that he made us alive with Christ, and Gods wonderful kindness is what saves you. God raised us from death to life with Christ Jesus, and he has given us a place besides Christ in heaven " and then 3:6 " And the mystery is this: Because of Christ Jesus, the Good News has been given the Gentiles a share in the promises that God gave to the Jews. God has also let the Gentiles be a part of the same body " So only by the Holy Spirit of God, our Father, in who Jesus Christ was given us, can we even think to love Him, or to even want to obey him. Praise the Father God and Jesus Christ that we Gentiles have that blessing as well.

  4. Excellent Post question. I love to study these things. For what it's worth, I also remember Eccl 3:15 " Everything that happens has happened before, and all that will be has already been, God does everything over and over again. " In some prophesies we see that some things happened more than once. They signified other things to happen. Words were repeated such as David saying in Psalms 22:1 " [Why Have You Forsaken Me?] My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? " and when Jesus was just about to die, Matt 27:46 " About the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, "ELI, ELI, LAMA SABACHTHANI ?" that is, "MY GOD, MY GOD, WHY HAVE YOU FORSAKEN ME?" I have been able to see in my own view, Ezek 6 and 7, to be not only the punishment of Israel, but some of the ways that are in America and other countries today and the punishment to come to the end of this time. I believe without a shadow of a doubt tho, that we are undergoing many punishments today as a result of our worlds government and that this has been going on for thousands of years and getting far worse, and as a result of all that we have done in greed to this world. We all see that plain as day. I can go far into all the prophesies fulfilled already, however, as much studying as I've done on that, I find the most important thing Christians HAVE to know is, Mark 3:10 " But before the end comes, the gospel must be preached to all peoples. " And that is the most important thing a Christian can know aside being one with Christ in His holy spirit!
  5. Excellent topic. We often think about how much Jesus Loves us, and how much the Father loves us. We also realize that Jesus and God the Father can love far beyond what we understand love to be. However, we also have been commanded to "love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might." Deut 6:5 And in Ephes. 1:4 we are reminded that " Before the world was created, God had Christ choose us to live with Him and to be His holy and innocent and loving people" So how much do we really love Christ? How much do we really love the Lord our Father? I believe that the Holy Spirit is the only way we can do that and it's a very important issue to discuss and practice. Thanks for that thought. Luanne
