actually this is biblically sound advice, but I have no doubt God has got great things in store for you in time, sadly I find many things to be demonic but are quickly given secular titles because the world does not accept the reality of evil spirits having a balanced belief of both worlds is probably going to be helpful

what happened to the parable of the prodigal son, could I ask what kind of church you belong to? certainly if your children were claiming to be Christians yet lived in sin there would be scripture supporting not having anything to do with them but if they left the faith and do not claim to be believers, your supposed to love them and not make judgements about those outside the church needless to say you must be heartbroken, prayer and fasting can do amazing things

i'm sorry to hear that, usually there is somthing that the boy is trying to escape from, find out what it is and he won't need to medicate, a good counselor can get to the problem if he is trusted
