    The wording used in Daniel 9:27 is strongs H1396 / Gabar ... to 'give strength to' to 'confirm (a covenant)' The covenant might already exist or might exist shortly. 'he' (lower-case 'h') the 'prince', might just enforce it.

    you mean those blacks that had strong family units? The blacks that had strong faith and feared God? The ones who persevered and endured through the persecution? The same people who gave us MLK? Wait... You think the black community, as a whole, is better today?
