  1. I like that teddyv, the chaos of the waters. Earth came from the waters, more directly waters below after separation where seas and dryland called earth resides. Interesting the waters above are only mentioned twice. When God was hovering over all the waters and when the lower waters was separated from the waters above.
  2. We do know from the waters (hydrogen and oxygen) as stated in scripture. The waters below God called seas and the dryland is called earth. Earth broken down to single atoms, the whole collect of those atoms is still earth but can't be inhabitable wasteland of floating atoms.
  3. You are hung up on one when there's 11 other mentioned books also in the old testament. If the Lord wanted then mentioned its for reason not just a historical account. Jesus did many things there's not enough books to contain it all.
  4. Where did I get it from scripture, Day 2. Gen 1:6 And God said, “Let there be an expanse between the waters, to separate the waters from the waters.” 7So God made the expanse and separated the waters beneath it from the waters above. And it was so. 8God called the expanse “sky.” There is no doubting earth was separated from the waters above on the second day. In order for earth to be anything else besides in the water. It would have to be separated in verse 2 or before. It's clearly not and it never was fused back into the water because it never left the water on day one. The earth became uninhabitable wasteland after it was separated from the waters and the land that appeared would of been uninhabitable wasteland before vegetation etc. You can't have a wasteland without land being formed before its mentioned. On day one the only thing mentioned is light. Nothing was done with the waters besides God hovering over it until day 2.
  5. The earth only became the waters below after it was separated from the waters above. That didn't happen til later on after verse 2. The earth didn't become something then fuse back with the waters. God was hovering over the waters which was separated by an expanse only then did the earth take form and wasn't void. The gap theory neglects where earth came from the waters in the beginning. The earth was formless and void while apart of the waters.
  6. It was considered enough to be mentioned. Would of made sure to be in scripture doesn't make sense. Since He made sure it was mentioned. The book of job made it through the flood. The current collection was determined by man. https://www.history.com/topics/religion/bible Biblical Canon Surviving documents from the 4th century show that different councils within the church released lists to guide how various Christian texts should be treated. The earliest known attempt to create a canon in the same respect as the New Testament was in 2nd century Rome by Marcion, a Turkish businessman and church leader. Marcion’s work focused on the Gospel of Luke and the letters of Paul. Disapproving of the effort, the Roman church expelled Marcion. Second-century Syrian writer Tatian attempted to create a canon by weaving the four gospels together as the Diatessaron. The Muratorian Canon, which is believed to date to 200 A.D., is the earliest compilation of canonical texts resembling the New Testament. It was not until the 5th century that all the different Christian churches came to a basic agreement on Biblical canon. The books that eventually were considered canon reflect the times they were embraced as much the times of the events they portray.
  7. There's 11 or so mentioned in the old testament. One example below. 2 Chronicles 20:34 Now the rest of the acts of Jehoshaphat, first and last, behold, they are written in the book of Jehu the son of Hanani, who is mentioned in the book of the kings of Israel.
  8. Hmm, Is there a certain amount of bible knowledge and supplies to live on that is required to be an elect? Is running a three and half year long gauntlet of deception enough?.
  9. I would agree about the current Enoch book. Though are you referring the lost books as all the ones mentioned in scripture that aren't available?
  10. Luckily the victim didn't get blown away.
  11. If a door bell made him that freaked out, why didn't he have it removed or disconnected.
  12. Luke 14:5 And He said to them, "Which of you whose son or ox will fall into a pit on the Sabbath day, also will not immediately pull him up?" Pharisees wouldn't let a son die or even kill themselves for breaking the Sabbath. That's what was required many people don't understand when saying the Sabbath is on Saturday today, can't choose to follow some of it and not all of it including putting people to death For breaking it.
  13. Yes he did and all Sunday worship gatherings in buildings should be burnt to the ground with the people in it. The OP wants the law, live by it and die by it, mass killings is ok.
  14. Caution for educational purposes only don't try this in your community. Exodus 32:14 You shall keep the Sabbath, therefore, for it is holy to you. Everyone who profanes it shall surely be put to death; for whoever does any work on it, that person shall be cut off from among his people.
  15. That's alot of people to round up and execute. If the verses are to be followed to the tee then mass killing is required. It's OK to put millions of people to death, probably billions add up all the husband and wife cheaters. That would be insane amount of deaths. Deuteronomy 22:22 If a man be found lying with a woman married to an husband, then they shall both of them die, both the man that lay with the woman, and the woman: so shalt thou put away evil from Israel.
  16. I've seen word players before that isn't something new. Take that seat right there I'll show you how it's done.
  17. Because we never discussed the six days, that was the first time you asked me, I saw right through it that was clear.
  18. Your asking me a question on what I think about creation in six days, not that i wasn't clear. doesn’t matter its fine,
  19. Secular textbooks is a whole nother topic, people who even think about God meaning atleast their thinking of a creator rather than chance is good enough. I know God was the agent in helping me get a prosthetic heart valve because the one i was born with didn't work properly. Took 52 years to fail but lasted pretty good considering the Aortic Stenosis.
  20. If someone speaks of God being the agent of creation that's good enough rather they know what took place at each second of each minute to hour of creation. Yes He did let the creation bring forth reproduce as well.
  21. I believe God is always working, creating, even stars. His pace creating who knows?
