I am a nonbeliever with a "to each his own" attitude. I'm interested in religion generally--mostly the philosophical Eastern brands, but also Christianity (especially the Gospels). Although I think each religion has something important to say, I consider none to be a provider of unblemished truth. I greatly admire Christians (especially the Quakers) who hear in the Gospels a call to duty, and who, through love and forbearance, strive to make peace a reality on Earth.

Regardless, I am quite certain in my conclusion that God does not exist. My mind is open to the possibility, but it would take as much evidence to convince me of Yahweh's existence as it would take you to believe in the Hindu god, Shiva.
