  1. Oh I read that ( also watched his entire documentary )and you are right. His Godly love for his enemies was amazing. Thank you dear friend, I believe I still have that somewhere, I will pass this along.
  2. Hello everyone! I know their has been a lot of discussion about enemies, but I have been asked How do you love your enemies? Before I answer this, I'm asking all of you for your response, your advice and Godly wisdom to this question. These People are really being attacked by a couple, they (the enemies)have said bad lies about them and have cost them much. They are willing to forgive them( the enemies), even though the (enemies) would never ask, However they are struggling with loving them. The enemies continue to tear down, lie and make things horrible for this person and family. They can not separate themselves from this couple for reasons I will not share. They need much prayer, but they also need advice. Before I answer them, I'd like to ask you all ( as my friends in Christ) to share a personal testimony that would encourage them as well.I Thank you, looking forward to your advice, wisdom, encouragement and testimonies.

  7. It does not say, "The Lord is partly my portion," nor "The Lord is in my portion"; but He Himself makes up the sum total of my soul's inheritance. Within the circumference of that circle lies all that we possess or desire. The Lord is my portion. Not His grace merely, nor His love, nor His covenant, but Jehovah Himself. He has chosen us for His portion, and we have chosen Him for ours. It is true that the Lord must first choose our inheritance for us, or else we will never choose it for ourselves; but if we are really called according to the purpose of electing love, we can sing- Lov'd of my God for Him again With love intense I burn; Chosen of Him ere time began, I choose Him in return. The Lord is our all-sufficient portion. God fills Himself; and if God is all-sufficient in Himself, He must be all-sufficient for us. It is not easy to satisfy man's desires. When he dreams that he is satisfied, instantly he wakes to the perception that there is still something more, and his longings remain unfulfilled. But for the believer all that we can wish for is to be found in our divine portion, so that we ask, "Whom have I in heaven but you? And there is nothing on earth that I desire besides you."1We can then delight ourselves in the Lord who allows us to drink of the river of His pleasures. Our faith stretches her wings and soars like an eagle into the heaven of divine love, her proper dwelling-place. "The lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; indeed, I have a beautiful inheritance."2 Let us rejoice in the Lord always; let us show the world that we are a happy and a blessed people and cause them to exclaim, "Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you." 1) Psalm 73:25 2) Psalm 16:6 https://www.truthforlife.org/resources/daily-devotionals/11/16/1/?utm_campaign=Daily Devotion Emails&utm_source=hs_email&utm_medium=email&utm_content=79409095&_hsenc=p2ANqtz-8zj4em3yxsH6peVrCNbPWGVwsWQDDHwVYUi50ptCOlWgLWJvq_wHSCuB--_YsZwy0nbp9cANQUdAdDy3iGNrmxecqy1P7Q1O8nrHtjS0l7ubuTNrg&_hsmi=79409095 oh how wonderful of this reminder, that God is truly our portion. He is all we need. God bless ?
  8. Praise God, I can only add: 2 Corinthians 5:17 “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” Enjoy today
  9. Absolutely, dear friend. The promises of God never fail. 1 John 1:9 9If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. Romans 10:9-10 9If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is LORD," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. God bless ?

  18. This is going to vary widely in what people decide to consider is fun. Let me try to give an example without knowing just what type of fun a person is referring to. Take the sport of fishing, that's fun for many people. But along with fishing comes rules that must be followed. Now if one decided to fish without purchasing a proper licenses as well as catch fish, this is breaking man's law. Also this leads to sin. Why? God's word says: Romans 13 New International Version (NIV) Submission to Governing Authorities 13 Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. 2 Consequently, whoever rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves. 3 For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and you will be commended. 4 For the one in authority is God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for rulers do not bear the sword for no reason. They are God’s servants, agents of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer. 5 Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also as a matter of conscience. Now pertaining to fishing ( not matters that go against God's word or laws) if one breaks the law of man they also sin. Does that make since? We As Christians live in this world, but don't do what non-Christian's do. We obey the laws of the land to honor God in all We do. Because of our love for God, we have fun the right way as well as set examples for others who are watching to see what Christians really do. This may win some to the Lord? I hope this helps, but if not, would you like to share an example of something fun, that could become sin that I might be able to better answer this? God bless ?
  19. Thank you for your view, God bless ?
  20. ?Hello, I believe that God does want us to have fun, however we as Christians must remember: Galatians 5:13 For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. The Fun of many is sin or leads to sin, so me must make sure decisions on what we consider fun. Romans 14:16-17 Therefore do not let your good be spoken of as evil.for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. Answering your second question (What is fun supposed to look like for a Christian? ) I believe this is up to each person, to their likes, hobbies and what they enjoy in life. For my fun of Walking in the woods or riding atvs to fishing might sound so lame to one but very exciting to another. may God bless and may the Holy Spirit guild you...Relax and enjoy today! ""that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth."" Ephesians 6:3 NIV

  25. Should a Christians outward appearance really matter today? With all the latest fashions, low cut tops, high rise tops (belly shirts), skin tight jeans, spandex leggings, see through shirts, under garments exposed as some wear jeans around their knees. Both men and women wearing the same clothing, to tattoos and body piercings in every part of the body, to every color of hair and style that both men and women share. what does God's word say and Does this still apply today? Deuteronomy 22:5 A woman should not wear a man's garment, nor shall a man put on a woman's cloak, for whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord your God. Does this mean woman can't have short hair or men long? 1 Corinthians 11:14-15 Does not nature itself teach you that if a man wears long hair it is a disgrace for him, but if a woman has long hair, it is her glory? For her hair is given to her for a covering. Should Christians take this verses to heart when they dress and want piercings or tatoos? Romans 12:2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect. Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?” (1 Corinthians 3:16 ) Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.” (1 Corinthians 6:19) “If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are.” (1 Corinthians 3:17) what is your take on this: Should a Christians outward appearance really matter today? If It is yes, then how do you approach other Christians in this matter? If no, don't it matter at all what a Christian looks like or wears? Or do we leave this between our brothers and sisters in Christ and God and the Holy spirit? if we do, does this mean we don't say anything at all, or do We address this in a loving manner? Just curious on everyone's views about this subject...and what Christians really believe on how a Christian should present themselves. Thanks for reading! God bless ?
