I actually researched it. There are some Churches that require 1 year at 10% tithe, next year 20%, and 3rd year 30% + organizations like Assemblies of God, some Southern Baptist, mainly Methodist and like Churches do require to be a Tithe Payer to participate in Church Voting and Board Membership.
