  1. A Tattoo is guaranteed to eventually lose its meaning and reason for having it, especially, whenever the tattoo is worldly related. And it's expensive to have them removed + painful. So, covering them up is the best option. As far as tattooist being Christian, why not? Good way to have conversations with people all day long. Great time while tattooing to mention Jesus and the Gospel. There's definitely a positive to it. But, the down side, the kinds of people you meet with you need to be able to deal with. They're in there to display their selfish badness, their rebellious statement to the world through Ink, all sorts of ungodly reasons because they are truly ungodly people. But, when I've seen bad accidents or tragedy, These People, are some of the first to arrive and help complete Strangers. So, they have a GOOD Heart. If a tattooist can plant Jesus in that heart, you might have a Mighty Warrior for God in training!
  2. I do not regret it at all because it covered up something very distasteful and evil. The fact that other Tattoo no longer can be seen or even can tell it ever existed, is more than enough to be happy with this Cross.
  3. I Voted in a way that just because my tattoo has been ineffective, someone else's might work.
  4. I definitely agree. But I look at some conversations like a debate where evidence and proofs are crucial and viable. But I don't care if you read a coloring book about Jesus. Correct, incorrect, as long as we understand it is Jesus, we're good as Gold!
  5. When I wear shorts, I have a giant cross from my ankle up to lower 3rd of my calf. No one has ever said, cool, the Cross of Jesus. But what does irritate some people, the <-hat in my profile picture, that has gotten some very rude comments intended for me to hear.
  6. From the Torah: 17 Think not that I have come to destroy the law or the prophets: I have not come to destroy, but to fulfill. 17 But it is easier for heaven and earth to pass away, than for one point of the law to fall. “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?” And He said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the great and foremost commandment. The second is like it, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments depend the whole Law and the Prophets.” Jesus breaks down the Commandments into His Meaning is referencing the Torah. And the tempter came and said to Him, “If You are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread.” But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.’” ^ Written in the Torah There's quite a bit including when Jesus shows us specifically He's referencing the Torah and Tanakh: 44 And he said to them: These are my words, which I spoke to you while I was yet with you, that all things that are written in the law of Moses and the prophets and the psalms concerning me must be fulfilled. ^ Notice the ORDER : Law - Prophets - Psalms The OLD Testament for the Septuagint and Masoretic it's Law - Psalms - Prophets. Jesus said LAW - PROPHETS - then PSALMS, Jesus is Always quoting the Torah/Tanakh. Jesus could have quoted the Septuagint, I just don't see evidence for it. Even the Scroll of Isaiah, in the Synagogue, just says Scroll of Isaiah, in [ALL] Text Versions.
  7. I do see, for a short time, where all people in the Roman Providence were forced to offer sacrifice to a Roman deity, much like Daniel went through. I do see, where many Christians, committed Apostasy by offering sacrifice to a false god. I do see, that after the 1 year and few months decree, those Christians who committed Apostasy were not welcomed back by the Christians who survived not obeying this decree. What I do not see, is a physical Mark allowing one to purchase, bank, identification. I do see, once you did offer sacrifice, you were given a Certificate to carry around. In Revelation, the Mark, is the Mark of the Beast. Emperor Decius: This has interesting meaning. Definitions of Decius. Emperor of Rome who was proclaimed emperor against his will; That won't be the Beast. When the election/acceptance of the Beast happens, it will not include the Beast being worshiped as God, and the Beast, doing it against his will. I will definitely admit, this is to some degree, a good reason to think as you do. But, I disagree, that it is the Prophecy that John spoke about concerning the MOB.
  8. If you believe, the apocalyptic foretold events are mostly in general story. Much, like one thinks about the Genesis Creation Story, when they believe evolution explains what God did best. Is merely illusionary at best. Do you also believe, that the 7 Churches addressed, are fake? Even though, we have written accounts from the Apostle John's Disciples and separate Church Fathers claiming, John, took these writings from the Apocalyptic and did go and become Bishop of Ephesus. And also oversaw the others by placing his own Disciples as Pastors/Shepherds of the Asia Minor Churches, that Paul had originated in his travels.
  9. I grew up in a family, on both sides, Pastors and Teachers of God's Word. Holiday's, Birthday's, Barbecue, just visiting, then when having visiting Pastors and it always ended up Adult men with their sons sitting around the table discussing current events and relating them to the Bible. I literally did not think about an outside world with other Pastors, we had so many, and not all agreed totally on every one thing but how to be Saved. But that was my life going to Conferences, Men's Breakfast or other special events where multiple denominations are represented and someone from like the Chaplain of the Salvation Army would give a 20 minute sermon. But that education made the stories of the Bible come alive when I finally got to a point of daily reading the Bible. To those Men of God, I thank you, more than I could explain, just how thankful I am!
  10. This covers any preterist idealism. Are you claiming the current Earth is less than 1,000 years old? MOB, Armageddon, 1,000 year Reign/New Earth = 1,000 year old Earth
  11. Because we know there is a literal written out process of how events would take place. Then there would finally be Armageddon. Mill Reign. And the next process would be a New Earth. That would make the Earth around 1,000 years old, Today. And for you, as a Geologist, that means the dates you currently believe to be true are severely incorrect. And I doubt, that is something you would admit to, a 1,000 year old Earth.
  12. There's no real reason to think this won't happen. Just over a year ago, Biden sent Legislation to the Senate to create a Platform and Bill so the United States could go 100% electric Currency. RFID Chip Implant makes better sense in terms of going completely cashless. Chances are, if this does happen, I would imagine, Biden, would force American's to give up their Gold and Silver. And if that doesn't happen, even possible the National Guard could be activated to go house to house and collect it themselves.
  13. Someone's Wife did. She saw this big ole gold rock and instinctively began looking at her left hand and created the saying, Ring Finger. But she did not stop there. When she discovered Silver and Diamonds, she developed another term, Pinky Ring Finger! Don't ask me for References. But men did finally wake up. The next time a wife saw Gold, the man calmly explained to her, no Honey, that's Fool's Gold, as he stuffed his pockets I'm pretty sure that's how it all went down
