  1. Thanks Brother.. I would not intentionally lead you wrong. This has been my area of calling and when I originally went into (out of dire circumstance) I was only looking to minister to those coming out of drugs and prison. But the Lord showed me (against my WILL I might add) those within the body were needing deliverance just as bad as those outside. Scarry I know.. Why do you think we are so medicated in the body of Christ?? We have a problem and it is a serious problem.. Anxiety, depression, bi-popor, DHD, xxz and all those others are a sign of the times.. I know I will come under fire here.. But worse from the Lord if I keep quiet.. Jer 6 13 “From the least to the greatest, all are greedy for gain; prophets and priests alike, all practice deceit. 14 They dress the wound of my people as though it were not serious. ‘Peace, peace,’ they say, when there is no peace. Blessings to you Bro
  2. FEAR-DOUBT-UNBELIEF are sin. That which is not of faith IS sin... Fear, Doubt, and unbelief are not active sin. They are lack of faith. You do not commit fear, you do not commit doubt, you do not commit unbelief. If you were to categorize them as sin, you would have to categorize them as sins of ommission. You all were plainly talking about sins of commission in the earlier posts. Even though Jesus did clasify fear as sin, the church no longer looks at it as sin, they look at it as natural emotion. God has not given us a spirit of FEAR, but of love, power and a sound mind. Fear is SIN.. it brings in a stronghold that opens the doors to many other demons. It is one of the most common demons to cast out. Step one in receiving a spirit of fear is that you come in agreement with it... The Word says to take every thought captive. What that means in the spiritual warfare arena of the average Christian is this; a thought comes in that brings fear, or some thought of a sexual perversion that you know was not your thought.. that is a enemy dart. I tell people use a 5 second rule. Evaluate ALL thoughts by this rule.. if it is not your own.. kick it out. Blessings, Karen
  3. "and these signs will follow them that believe, in My name they will cast out devils..." Jesus said that after he had given them instructions to go in the world and preach the gospel, and He was referring to driving out demons in His name to those unbelievers. That was before Penecost and before He sent the Holy Spirit to indwell the believers. As I said before the Holy Spirit wont share His temple with demons. If youu have demons you haven't got the Holy Spirit. Hey Eric~Brother long time no see!! I have to disagree with you on this one though. Only because 99.9% of the people I do deliverance ministry on are spirit filled Christains. I think what we don't take into consideration is that we are a three part being.. Spirit, soul, body... Our soul (mind-will-emotions), and physical body are the areas that demons can occupy(better word isn't it??) The reason being is when people get saved our spirit is indwelt by the Holy Spirit to lead us in our sanctification.. Every time we hear from the Lord whether it be one on one time in fellowship, the message in service or however the Lord sends a Word, if we don't respond from the heart we get to keep our junk... simple as that. Deliverance is a ongoing process that when people do not respond to the prompting of the Holy Spirit they break fellowship and basically get to keep thier "yucky puckies". That is why we have so many sidelined offended Christians in the body.. they have spiritually quit receiving what they need to move forward in Christ. Have they lost their salvation?? I believe some get taken home early.. All I know is it is a dangerous place for the church to be.. lukewarm..
  4. FEAR-DOUBT-UNBELIEF are sin. That which is not of faith IS sin... I was going to post that same thing, but was too chicken! Thank you. Those are the very reasons why the Hebrews didn't enter the promise land and they were slain in the desert by the destroying angel and by serpents. The Word of God says this was all written down for our own warning not to fallin into the same errors. Heb3:16-19 & I will post more if needed.. Blessings Karen
  5. The book by the Hammonds, "Pigs inthe Parlor" is a good one for ministry. Also Derek Prince has some good info on generational curses and deliverance and I have read most of Bob Larson. When it comes down to the actual doing of the deliverance ministry I would suggest you come under a reputable deliverance ministry for training. That is Biblical as you see the example of Elisha being trained under Elijah. I sat under a deliverance ministry that has been established here in OKC for over 26 years. They have a covering and experience that has great sucess in deliverance. Plus you want to know how to handle the different manifestaions that may suddenly show up.. Blessings, Karen

    JUDE

THE BOOK OF JUDE - Article written by Chuck Missler This smallest book of the New Testament is also, in many ways, the most provocative. The Epistle of Jude is a tiny book, tragically neglected by students, yet overflowing with fascinating Old Testament references and allusions: lessons from Israel in the Wilderness, the angels that sinned, the strange events in Sodom and Gomorrah, Michael and Satan's contention over the body of Moses, and other insights from Cain, Balaam, Korah, as well as the mysterious person known as Enoch. It is surprising to learn of allusions to events in the Old Testament that are only found in the New Testament: the Second Coming prophecy of Enoch, that Noah was a preacher of righteousness, the names of the two magicians in Egypt, that Elijah prayed to stop rain for 3 1/2 years, and that the Pharaoh of the Exodus was not Egyptian. Why study the book of Jude? Because it is written for us today. It is written for the end times, for the end of the Church Age. The beginning of the Church Age was, of course, the Acts of the Apostles. However, the end of the Church Age might be called the Acts of the Apostates. Jude is the only book devoted entirely to the great apostasy. "Shall the Son of Man find faith on the Earth?" Jude is the "vestibule" to the book of Revelation. It includes the oldest prophecy uttered by a prophet: of the Second Coming of Christ, declared before the flood of Noah! There are four facts emphasized: 1) We know the Lord's coming is sure; 2) We know who will accompany the Lord; 3) We know the purpose of His coming; 4) We know the result of the Lord's coming. This letter was written by the "brother of James," one of four brothers of Jesus. (James was the head of the church in Jerusalem; neither James nor Jude were among The Twelve; they didn't believe at first.) Why did Jude write this letter? James' epistle deals with good works as evidence of saving faith; Jude's letter deals with evil works as evidence of apostasy. Why must we contend for the faith? Because there are tares among the wheat, false brethren have stolen into the church, and the saints are in peril, all due to the "doctrines of demons." It was an 11-day journey from Horeb to Kadesh-Barnea, yet it took Israel 38 years! Over a million left Egypt, but only two Israelites (over 20 years of age) who left Egypt ever reached Canaan! Why? (Despite the common reckoning, Canaan is not representative of heaven; the Jordan is not representative of death. We are to leave behind the wilderness of doubt, defeat, and failures, and enter victory!) We live in exciting and challenging times, and there is much we can learn from this little book that can be applied to our lives today. I would have to agree that Jude is powerful neglected book.. Blessings, Karen
  8. Here is what the Word says: Eph 5:3-15 3 But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity, or of greed, because these are improper for God's holy people. 4 Nor should there be obscenity, foolish talk or coarse joking, which are out of place, but rather thanksgiving. 5 For of this you can be sure: No immoral, impure or greedy person
  9. One thing to think about.. the spirit is fully entact upon conception.... already able to feel emotions from the outside enviroment. Doing inner healing on people using the Crafton method has found that some have picked up a spirit of rejection (unwanted pregnancy) from time of conception. Even a spirit of fear from things going on in the life of the mother. It is a known fact that a baby born with colic has a spirit of fear from/during delivery.(in deliverance ministry)
  10. Better duck though. I went through this last year and got beaned with tomatoes a couple of times! Metaphorically speaking. I have been at this one on this site for YEARS Sister.. I just take a break and come back.. I too have been through the wringer! I just have gotten thick skinned...
  11. The Nephilim (Gen 6) were giants. Here is some info on the subject. http://www.ldolphin.org/nephilim.html Giants: (1.) Heb. nephilim, meaning "violent" or "causing to fall" (Gen 6:4). These were the violent tyrants of those days, those who fell upon others. The word may also be derived from a root signifying "wonder," and hence "monsters" or "prodigies." In Num 13:33 this name is given to a Canaanitish tribe, a race of large stature, "the sons of Anak." The Revised Version, in these passages, simply transliterates the original, and reads "Nephilim." (2.) Heb. rephaim, a race of giants (Deu 3:11) who lived on the east of Jordan, from whom Og was descended. They were probably the original inhabitants of the land before the immigration of the Canaanites. They were conquered by Chedorlaomer (Gen 14:5), and their territories were promised as a possession to Abraham (15:20). The Anakim, Zuzim, and Emim were branches of this stock. In Job 26:5 (R.V., "they that are deceased; " marg., "the shades," the "Rephaim") and Isa 14:9 this Hebrew word is rendered (A.V.) "dead." It means here "the shades," the departed spirits in Sheol. In 2 Sa 21:16, 18, 20, 33, "the giant" is (A.V.) the rendering of the singular form ha raphah, which may possibly be the name of the father of the four giants referred to here, or of the founder of the Rephaim. The Vulgate here reads "Arapha," whence Milton (in Samson Agonistes) has borrowed the name "Harapha." (also 1 Ch 20:5,6,8; Deu 2:11,20; 3:13; Jos 15:8, etc., where the word is similarly rendered "giant.") It is rendered "dead" in (A.V.) (Psa 88:10; Pro 2:18; 9:18; 21:16); in all these places the Revised Version marg. has "the shades." (See also Isa 26:14.) (3.) Heb. 'Anakim (Deu 2:10,11,21; Jos 11:21,22; 14:12,15; Num 13:33; 13:22; Jos 15:14), a nomad race of giants descended from Arba (Jos 14:15), the father of Anak, that dwelt in the south of Palestine near Hebron (Gen 23:2; Jos 15:13). They were a Cushite tribe of the same race as the Philistines and the Egyptian shepherd kings. David on several occasions encountered them (2 Sa 21:15-22). From this race sprung Goliath (1 Sa 17:4). (4.) Heb. 'emin, a warlike tribe of the ancient Canaanites. They were "great, and many, and tall, as the Anakims" (Gen 14:5; Deu 2:10,11). (5.) Heb. Zamzummim (q.v.), Deut 2:20 so called by the Amorites. (6.) Heb. gibbor (Job 16:14), a mighty one, i.e., a champion or hero. In its plural form (gibborim) it is rendered "mighty men" (2 Sa 23:8-39; 1 Ki 1:8; 1 Ch 11:9-47; 29:24.) The band of six hundred whom David gathered around him when he was a fugitive were so designated. They were divided into three divisions of two hundred each, and thirty divisions of twenty each. The captians of the thirty divisions were called "the thirty," the captains of the two hundred "the three," and the captain over the whole was called "chief among the captains" (2 Sa 23:8). The sons born of the marriages mentioned in Gen 6:4 are also called by this Hebrew name. Blessings
  12. anyone having a visit from a dead relative is more than likly having a visit from a "familiar spirit". Which is demonic.. see Deut 18:9-13. It will always lead into doctrinal error. It may seem comforting on the surface but the curse wil eventually come with it.. BTW~it comes with a death curse. See Lev 19:26, 31. and others if you do a word search. Blessings Karen
  13. stafy~Hi Brother!! Here it is, plain as I can get on this issue.. This will sure bring me under fire.. The LAW has do's and don'ts... when we transgress the LAW we open doors. The LAW is still in effect because it is written on our HEARTS now. Christian or not demons don't care how much scripture you know or how often you pray in the spirit or how faithful you are to sundayschool. If you don't confess and repent (deal with issue GOD'S way) you have opened a door for the little "yucky puckies". It is a HEART condition towards the Lord that keeps us tender and our conscience clear that will keep the doors closed. They can come in through undealt with offences, (no matter how justified you may feel in them), unforgiveness,(opens the door for torment), bitterness, (also brings a BIG dose of disease), unsubmitted emotional wounds, (just a blanket "I forgive 'em don't cut it"), plain 'ol SIN is the #1 door for demons. My question to you is do Christians ever SIN???? Your Friend in HIM, karen

    cutting

hr.jr same.. you listened to a lie. the devil uses the same tactic on all of us. .. an altered state of consciencness.. no different. You were chemically altered... When you came to your senses you listened to your CONSCIENCE.. One of the main target areas the enemy uses is insecurities. Whether we realize we have them or not we all do in varied degrees. It is through these that we move into bondages looking for a secure area that we have some kind or control (real or imagined) To say that you were walking in bliss is a slight misconception. Maybe you haven't submitted this area to the Lord and asked Him why you indulged in the drug arena?? Blessings, Karen
  15. Karen C.

    cutting

As with all bondage there is a root issue. A drug addict's problem is not the drug.. that is why you have to deal with the trauma points in peoples lives, inner healing and address the places where they bought into a lie that these "addictions/cuttings" is what makes us feel better. We settle for an altered state of mind. WHen you are dealing with brain chemical secretians that are directly related to how we feel and think about ourselves. Our hypothylamus is like our computer that links what we THINK about ourselves and produces that into our body... in other words this is the devils target area.. if he can get us in a depressed by our thought life our seratonin will be lowered and whala.. we have a chemical inbalance... so cutting ourselves brings our secretian of seratonin back up, well we just do what ever brings us the FEEL GOOD about myself again.. They wont tell you that at the doctors office... It is a powerful thing to allow the devil the power to adjust our chemical balance.. That is why the WORD says to "take every thought captive.. Blessings, Karen

    cutting

That is exactly what it is.. the same spirit I had in the drug realm that mimic paranoid schitzophrenia and my manifestation instead of cutting myself was sticking needles in my arms... IV drug user. I lived in the night heard voices and tried to commit suicde many times. That is the very scripture the Lord showed me where I had been. Also He sent me back to show "what great things the Lord has done"... AMEN!

    cutting

What I have come to know about cutters is they are people who are dealing with emotional issues the only way the know how, inflict pain on themselves. Self hatred and self rejection manifested through their actions..They need the love of Christ shown to them and they need to know they are worthy of love by those who can reach them. It is a unloving spirit (really) they recieved from early in life.. Jesus still sets the captives free!!!!!
  18. Axe, this is my problem with the names that these people utter in response to the demons name. I guess it is possible for the demon to render its English translated name, but I have never seen the most severe (obviously legitimate) cases do this. They all give their name in a weird, non-understandable language. The names are so weird. The thing is, they are all names, they are not "action nouns." They are names, not items. When many of these so-called cases are being "exercized" they are coherent and in control. The obviously legitimate cases go into a state that shows all the signs of a seizure, they are not in the least bit in control. I have dealt with a true case that was 100 lbs, and he threw me like a rag doll. I weigh 275 lbs. I have also dealt with these so called cases, and the super human strength was just not there. My experience is true and documented. The name Destroyer is actually biblical. I don't know what names you think they would utter. I'm not making it up. Out of the countless demonic entities there must be and with all the hocus-pocus they like to perform to distract us and cause us to fear, this has posed the least problem for my incredulity factor! I know you are not making up anything. I think you are one of the most sincere people on here. I am just saying that Demons have proper names, just as their leader Lucifer has a proper name. It is just my personal belief that these English words are not the Demon's name. When God created and named these angels, now demons, I do not think He gave them English names. Sure! I believe their names are of a spiritual tongue, but when they are involved and interacting with us, responding to the Holy Spirit's authority, they will use our own tongue. I am sure the meanings of the words used for the names are valid. Though, to me, all this matters not. PS: h.r.: Thank you for the compliment! God is awesome. I got a funny one for you... in the middle of a deliverance ministry this guy says, "hey, I got a good idea, why don't we finish this tomorrow?" Guess who this was??? PROCRASTINATION.. tried to stop the deliverance.. this is from my teacher.. I have had my share of funny things happen too.. It really is an awesome ministry. Especially when you are dealing with people who are sick and need deliverance from spirits of infirmity and generational curses. It is still for today. Be Blessed in HIM, Karen
  19. FA~people need help. When we are dealing with a sucide spirit it is a life and death issue not to be taken lightly. Thanks for your encouragement.. Be Blessed in HIM Karen
  20. JLOVE76~~you need to repent and renouce all witchcraft.. to break the curse that comes with witchcraft. Then you can command the spirit associated with the curse to leave.. (BTW~WC comes with a death curse Lev 20:27, Deu 18:10-12).. claim Gal 3:13 Jesus has redeemed you from the curse.
  21. Sister~hearing voices that are suicidal is a spirit. A demon iswhat it does, "spirit of suicide". Your mind is where they get access due to possible past/present sin issues. Can you tell me how long you have been a Christian and what background did you come out of?? Are you on anti depressants? I personally do deliverance ministry and maybe I can help. PS~I am not here to debate this issue whether Christains can have demons. I am here to help, not split hairs with my Brethren. You can personally email me if you would like.. freedom_challenge@yahoo.com Peace...
  22. not sure if anyone can answer this question, but i was involved in witchcraft before i got saved, and with that i had whats called a spirit guide over me ( basically a personal demon) now that i am saved can i still have that over my life. or do i have to fast & pray it out??
