Dear Annointed,
It is alot easier, and it gets a lot more attention, to tear something down than to build something up. Building requires good tools, forethought, and vision. Tearing something down can be done by a gorilla with a club.
Strife gets more attention than harmony. And confusion is something that the godless use to get the naive to follow them.
The Bible talks about men who never new the way of peace. Stay away from them.
2Ti 2:24 And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient,
25 In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;
26 And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.
1Co 3:3 For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?
