If you wouldn't do something in front of your Grandmother, then don't do it in front of God. Do you understand what I mean by that? God sees everything. You can't hide. Everything you do in darkness (in private, in hiding, etc..) will be made to be in the light. In other words, what bad things you may do and think no one knows about, God already sees. Not only does He see it, but you will give an account of those things when you bend your knee before Jesus. If you are going to church now and you still are unclear about this subject, it's time to look for a new church. May God have mercy on you and bring you to an understanding of Him. t. Guest LadyC Posted June 22, 2004 Share Posted June 22, 2004 slim, i don't think i need to answer that. if you really are the christian you claim to be, you know the answers already. for the record, as someone who's been on both sides of the sex addiction thing, i can say i truly understand the dellima... but i also know that you will be hurting not only your relationship with God, you'll be hurting your future or present wife if you coose to continue. nothing hurts a woman as much as knowing her husband gets turned on looking at someone else's naked body. Ted, you said it so well, bruh! ....I think he knows the answer to this. Anyone with a pulse knows when something is overtly evil. Defiling oneself in front of others is pretty obvious. Would you subject your own daughter or son to such degradation? Think about it... Pornography degrades a human being to less than a simple-minded animal who functions by mere instinct.
