It's as I thought, you can't come up with a legal basis to continue to bar the marriage examples that I provided, yet allow homosexuals to marry. Incest and polygamy - currently not legal, not considered "healthy" relationships. Homosexuality - currently not legal, not considered "healthy" relationships. I'm afraid that I cannot see any difference here. And if you think that others in "unique" relationships (such as adult brother-brother, or brother-sister) will not come forward and on this precedent claim their rights are being violated, then you are naive indeed. And I am sorry for saying that you advocated gay marriages. I'll re-phrase it to say "Are not against legalization of gay marriages." God helps us all . . . Marriage is a holy union and is viewed as such even by those who are not of Christian Faith. To allow homosexuals to marry is taking htis holy union and slapping God across the face with it. Now if the gov't wants to give them some kind of legal union, i couldnt care less. But do not allow them to destroy the holy union of marriage.
