The Bible is very small considering its content. Why? God guided the saints who wrote the Bible, and because He is God He can convey meaning better than any man...and there is so much meaning packed into the Bible. ...then you have so called Prophets that write volumes, but say little. Guest emtmedgrl Posted July 22, 2004 Share Posted July 22, 2004 While I do believe it is certainly possible that there will be prophets in the last days one rule of thumb is that what they say HAS to align with the scriptures. If it doesn't then I don't pay any attention to it. Sadly enough, all the so called prophets I have seen thus far have not aligned with scripture. Just my 2 cents. I'm not sure how that can align with scripture except to compare to other prophets and the way they were used. I dont believe a prophet should ever try to cash in on his gift...he's a messenger, nothing more. It's not that hard to spot a fraud....most true prophets aren't popular.
