  1. These are definitely the end times and more and more we will see justice fall in the streets.
  2. http://www.breitbart.tv/html/311353.html It's not just a conspiracy theory anymore!
  3. The spirit of antichrist is already sitting in the temple of the human heart; those who do not love the truth of God's word or the person of Jesus Christ are of the antichrist. This includes masses of people from every part of the world. Only those who refuse to compromise and who stand fast in Spirit and in Truth will make it to the finish line. This will only be a remnant as compared to the masses who are being deluded daily by the spirit of antichrist. It would be a huge deception to think this only includes unrepentant Islamists. Some of the worst devils out there carry a bible and go to church every sunday. Deception wouldn't be deception if it was always obvious.
  4. I personally wish people would read the bible and draw their own conclusions without having to wear the lable of some fallible mans name. In other words I hate "isms". An interesting piece about John Calvin.. http://www.evangelicaloutreach.org/ashes.htm
  5. Lots of people do (or think they're doing) religious works yet they have no relationship with the Lord. It's in seeking first the kingdom of God and then letting Him add our works. Not the other way around. Everything has to start at the relational born again level.
  6. Theres not much room for other peoples giftings in the body of Christ, especially those in the area of discernment. I would love discussiong this Andrew; just not on this forum.
  7. Does anybody have a theory as to why demons will attach themselves to certain houses/places and haunt them, and not others? This question is for those who believe in hauntings. Ovedya ...what say ye??

    Cold or Hot

Hi, Suzanne, good to see ya! I've got my own unscholarly thoughts about this subject; i've always took lukewarmness to mean there is neither zeal for God nor absolute denial of the Lord. Lukewarmness has just enough mixture of hot water to dilute it to a place of not being completely cold either. A place of blind comfort or indifference, or a place where we are "in need of nothing". Their riches and comfort made them apathetic and passive toward the things of God.
  9. That is good, but dont become too paranoid, as that is another trick of satan, to make us obsessed about being religous etc, things like crystals are beautiful creations , but just be aware of what any crystal history is. looking at tapes again, we all have cassette tape, nothing evil in it on its own but it is just one of any object that can be used , err on side of caution is good, but not to extent of paranioa! Of course ...the history any object is rooted in is what we need to look at. No need for paramoia, just common spiritual sense.
  10. I pretty much agree with your post, Andrew. I am careful about not bringing things into my home that are associated with the occult or new-age. To tell the truth, I am leary of all the angel hype and figurines also, because I was in a church that started getting out in left field concerning angels and the surpernatural. God doesn't want us to be blind to such things; I am always praying for more wisdom and discernment. People whose gifts are in the area of spiritual discernment are so very misunderstood these days. It's good to know I have a brother who is aware of these things.
  11. I found a video of Dr. Scott on youtube the other day. He was cussing up a storm at somebody about money. I would post the video but I believe the mods would remove it, though the cuss words were bleeped out.
  12. This should help us rest easier.
  13. Yes, Jesus' love for His bride is paralled with the marriage relationship. There is a divine order.
  14. Good article. I read a similar one called "send in the clowns"
  15. This is the problem with trying to discuss this type of topic. To some, it has to mean you are "dwelling" on and "welcoming" such things. uggggggg!!!!!! Frustrating! This is what the topic is about, btw.
  16. Demons love to inhabit places where extreme violence and murder has taken place. I think it's because they have a hand in influencing such behavior, and when the person or people die as a result of evil influence, demons move in and claim the territory as their own. Of course whoever has the legal deed to the house has authority to run these beings off in 'Jesus' name'. Most people don't know anythng about this authority and allow the demons place in their lives.
  17. ...and stupid. But the masses will love it. Yep, the devil will use what is seemingly "good" to take multitudes of people down.
  18. He's also compared the VA massacre to what Imus said. Thats scary
  19. I honestly don't think the focus or point of the article is about the president. I don't see him portrayed negativly either. It states...
  20. VIRGINIA TECH MASSACRE University convocation told of Allah, not Jesus Speakers also invoke Buddha, Dalai Lama Posted: April 17, 2007 8:10 p.m. Eastern http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/printer-...RTICLE_ID=55252
  21. I didn't watch anything on TV today, but this was posted on another forum.... "shockingly from the memorial service today from the VA Tech massacre, a muslim opened the "faith" part of the convocation...going on and on about allah the merciful,......quoting the sura and Koran...HE LED THE FAITH part of the convocation.....I had my mouth hanging open..no mention of JESUS....but allah, and the hindus followers were all speaking their thoughts.....finally the "christian" lutheran pastor got up there...it's all the religions coming together...without JESUS....... "
  22. Yeah, this is definitely a 'home' issue first. Makes you wonder...
  23. Mr&Mrs Mike Irish ... I agree with your post. It's absolute poor stewardship to leave borders wide open for God only knows what to come in. I believe it is a curse on the land, certainly not a blessing.
  24. It's the same article as the primary post. Oops! I should have read more of the op!
