I love any show where they use intestines for an opproximation of digestion, or investigation of some sort.

All right - anatomy and physiology!!

I have only seen TNG, but would you say TOS is just as good, or even better?

TOS was done in the 60's, so the special effects are extremely cheesy by our standards.

But they had good plots and real action.

Oooh there was a really cool show here using real cadavers, was very interesting! The guy was german... I wish I could remember his name.
