  1. nah, I have shaking fits all the time...although i'm starting to think it's because of my eating habbits... Fear of what? Are you nervous about something? Are you scared of the coming times? I think you are just a normal little bussy bee. and i don't think you are a coward at all. simply human.
  2. You could also use inside jokes to alianate others...
  3. ???? You lost me.... Me too..... I guess the disease is... Wait! Who said that? the quote i mean. At the end of Fez's quote. Did i say that?
  4. awww. Did you know elephants can die from hear break? At least that is what i read once.
  5. why not?! (well, i understand bp.....) but what about the other places?
  6. hmmm, i think i agree with MG, If you don't want your kid playing this, don't buy it. There are ratings for a reason you know. and if you want to buy if for your kid, then great. The odds of actually having a teenage do exactly that is not very high, if at all existing. If a teenager is violent, it is probably not from video games, i can tell you that because he probably grew up in a messed up house with bad parents who probably beat him and used video games to rid of him. and censorship is no way to go about things.
  7. what are the odds?! All he had was some minor burns?! really? wow.
  8. That is both good and bad. You are selective on who you talk to. Which is good because not any person can say "hey! Fez is my good friend"; bad because you may run into one of those people in your rejected list and be hungry....
  9. right! Because other people like me like to save monies. and target saves monies...I agree with MG; it'll die down.
  10. wow! that's amazing! You always see these black and white pictures, and you can't really relate to the Great Depression, but to see them in colour is a whole new story. I feel i can realte a little bit more. Their great Neb, thenks for sharing. Intresting to see things be 5 cents again. hehe.
  11. Ten years? That would've made you five. I think some homework is in order. haha, no! not me! the person who posted this topic...He hasn't read in ten years. Although i loved to read at five. Yes. i knew how to read at five. Well words at least. Not the bible though...my family wasn't christian when i was five... I was five ten years ago though. thank you for noticing.
  12. yes, i must agree...Book of James! Although since it's been ten years ( ) how about Genesis? Wait! has it been ten years?! i don't remember where i read that. Was it here? hmm, i will try to remember....
  13. yeah, i heard about that. Poor target. Although i thought they were supportting someone whom was supporting the anti-gay marrige... you know...there are no wall-marts in San francisco...or at least i didn't see one. I personally will continue to shop at target because it saves me monies. I like saving monies.
  14. They actually are not if they are relying on their baptism into the Catholic Church as their means of salvation. yeah, i agree with wyguy...Since i am at that age where every other teenager around me is catholic (because of where i live) and getting their confirmation i see that they are going about it as if it where a daily rutine. I don't know if i'm explaining myself enough: they don't take it as seriously as i think they should be. They understand that they must do it in oreder to get married, but they aren't building a relationship with the lord and i am concerned. I would like to help, but it seams i can't without brining up how i believe the catholic church may be mistaken, or not helping them with what really matters. Which is in this case their relationship with God, and thus their salvation.
  15. Hey guys, I just got a new power cord for my lap top, so I can go on worthy again! I have a concern and a question about doubt. I have a concern because right now I have had some trials with doubt and I am honestly trying to get through them as quickly as possible and as best as i can but first i want to know a little bit more about this experience and how to get the most out of it. So why exactly would God want me to go through these trials? and do you guys have any advice on how to go about this matter as safe and quickly as possible? testimonies even. Anything helps. ~Lilly
  16. I would, but since it's over the internet, i need a credit card...I don't have one, but they do.
  17. CLICK IT! CLICK IT!!!! NAO! We are sooo nerdy! Say, how would explain that the appendix is not from evloution? How do you explain that it's one of God's mysteries?
  18. Well i don't hear a clear voice that is explicit on a choice, (although i do wear my headphones a lot ) but there is always what i have been taught, my values, my consideration of God's will, that will be a factor in my choices, but not God's voice, or anything of the sort. Everything that you hope to be, and your determination will always have an affect on your choices to. Best, Lilly
  19. Thanks Neb! I found the one i want...Now to ask my parents for money I'll annoy them until they give in! and sing to them (not a very good singer ) until they buy it!!! And if that doesn't work, i will bring out a lecture until they know how much i want it! -> them The one i like is here: http://www.christianbook.com/waits-three-tone-rings-size-6/pd/109221?item_code=WW&netp_id=653404&event=ESRCN&view=details
  20. I actually never learned things like that, i learned each part, and what it was resposible for, (bile, hormones, ect.), but since you asked; There are three scetions to the small intestine: knnown as the ileum, the jejunum, and the duodenum. But, see, in my last biology class, we had to learn each section, and it's responsibilities, because they were each just as important. How could you favor the small intestine or the large intestine? To be specific, you have the actual small intstine where the near Pancreas to make various enzymes like trypsine, and pancreatic amylase, among others to neutralize HCI. The liver, also very important, basicly to emulsify fat, and it's crazy how it's adjacet to the gallblader, and still somehow connected to the pancreatic duct, apart from it's own bile duct. How good works, is just amazing! and those are only two sections! Man! i could go on forever, but i think i've bored you guys enough... To be honest with you, i don't know the 4 sections of the large intestine...I do know what's in there though! and it's most important job: Basiclly, it's suppose to produce an end product, but absorb everything the body will need (so it makes sure they didn't miss anything that might be valuable in the future) and come up with an end product! Thus it can be a very dry area in the body, 1) because everything that's in there is dry, or has already been deprived of water (mostly what we see as waste) 2) Any water in the stuff in there has probably been taken, and put to something usefull elsewhere. So it's job is to seperate nutrients (good) from waste (bad) and dispose of it. SO to represent one's rectum, and a part called the cecum (which contains bacteria that helps digest celulose) althought the body will never really be able to digest cellulose. Although, you did miss the most important part! the entire path! mouth, (salvary amylase) pharynx, epiglottis, esophagus, stomach (don't even get me started on that!) and then the small intestine... woo!, that was a lot... Question for you Can you explain for all those who love plants, how a monocot differs from a dicot.
  21. hmmm. i don't think i would have company like that considering my..hmmm...have you seen the homework thread?
