UK. and I'll bet it's nothing of the sort these days, what with the weather reports coming in You got that right...a foot of snow...most I've seen here in thirty years...beautiful though. As to our topic: I believe as you do, that there is a satanic spirit at work. I've also learned, over the years that what a person DOES and what a person IS are two different things. There is ISLAM and there are MUSLIMS..... God's battle (and it is HIS, not ours) is with the spirit of Islam, not with Muslims as persons. This is the way I try and look at Palestinians. There are people and there is a spirit. That is where the split needs to be made. Satan has tied up many with his spirit. God will untie this mess, in His time and His way. All I need is a tiny seed of faith.... not much to ask for, is it? Lol, at the end of the day we know the L-rd is in control....I think we try and go through life always seeking G-ds perspective on things, and this especially includes what is happening in your nation at the moment...there are lots of theories, and teachings, some of them way out in left field. I hate the spirit of Islam with a godly hatred, what it has done to Arab people, and robbed them of the Truth, and I understand the darkness that many so-called Palestinians are under because of that and because of years of hate-preaching and indoctrination, and whenever I am in Israel I pray for G-ds light to break forth on them...but the main ache in my heart is for the Jewish people to know their Messiah. Ah..... well, this is another thing. I don't call myself "christian". Here in Israel that means "not Jewish" I am Jewish and never been so aware of it since Knowing Yeshua. I don't call Yeshua "Jesus" either. I hope no one holds it against me . All these labels are just that....labels. The essence behind it is what counts. My reasons for this issue with the label "christian", are just personal of course. If you're interested you can read about it in this article

I also prefer using the name Yeshua (I read the Complete Jewish Bible) with all the Hebrew names etc..... and when I wrote you were "Christian" it's funny because I originally did hesitate and had first typed that you were a Christian Jew then deleted and put Christian - so thanks for clearing that up! and no, this "sister" does not hold anything against you

To clear things up, I don't have a problem with anyone who calls me "Christian". I don't buy it and say so but that's where it ends. Not a life-&-death issue Thank you for your response on it

If you're interested you can read about it in this article I too have a problem with labels, there are just so many of them out there. One of the best terms I have ever heard was by what many call a 'hebrew roots' teacher. Scripturally Observant Believer I kinda like that.
