This is what the Lord has been bringing me back to over and over again. It's slowly becoming one of my life verses

1 John 4:7-15

7 Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. 8 Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. 9 This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. 10 This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. 11 Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. 12 No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.

13 This is how we know that we live in him and he in us: He has given us of his Spirit. 14 And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world. 15 If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in them and they in God. 16 And so we know and rely on the love God has for us.

To be born again is to die to your flesh and live in His Spirit,

Romans 8:12-17 Therefore, brethren, we are debtors—not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh. 13 For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. 15 For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.” 16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, 17 and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.

Grace to you,

Jesus came preaching about the Kingdom of Heaven of which He was not only a part but the very King. This Kingdom of Heaven exists even now. There is also a Kingdom of the world which has been defeated and awaits Judgment.

We are born into the Kingdom of the world by the very fleshly will of man;

Ro 9:8

That is, They who are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the descendants.

The children of the promise and of the Kingdom of Heaven are born by Faith;

Ro 9:9

For this is the word of promise, At this time will I come, and Sarah shall have a son.

Sarah was old and past child bearing age. to receive the promise she had to believe even as her husband had.

Jesus Christ claimed to be the only begotten Son of God. Begotten by God not in a fleshy way but born from above by the will of God who is a Spirit;

1Co 15:45

And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a life-giving spirit.

1Co 15:46

But that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.

1Co 15:47

The first man is of the earth, made of dust: the second man is the Lord from heaven.

1Co 15:48

As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.

1Co 15:49

And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.

1Co 15:50

Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither does corruption inherit incorruption.

Your corruptible sin stained flesh will die;

Ro 6:23

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Yet the Gift of God is eternal life and the Kingdom, received by faith, in jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ took your death and flesh to the cross and even further to the Grave, then He made an open show of your death and the Grave, and defeated the kingdom of this world in the ressurection power of His Spirit which could not die for He is Life;
