Guest Butero Posted March 3, 2011 Share Posted March 3, 2011 They should go forward with the lawsuit. I don't believe they will be legally required to pay this tax. At the same time, people in the community need to throw the bums out that passed this tax and work to get it repealed. If it is as unpopular as it appears to be, I don't think it will be around long.
