I know this person at work who has tried to help me. I mean help me by saving my job. anyway what I don't get it is that shes mean. She'll make nasty comments all the time or talk behind my back and much more that I won't get into detail. I don't get it why try to save my job but yet be mean. Has this ever happened to anyone before. It's like if I had a friend who needed money and I gave them a hundred dollars, but yet I was making nasty comments and acted like I didn't like them. I will say you are talking about two different issues. Being mean relates to her personality. Not wanting to see you fired probably relates to her morality. She probably doesn't even realize that she is mean. Most peole don't think of themselves as being mean people. Another thought is that she doesn't believe anyone should be fired for any reason.
