It's a news video on probably the most incredible display of lightning in the world.

The indigenous call it the River of Fire in the Sky, located in Venezuela.

The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.

Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.

There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.

Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world.

Psalm 19:1-4

No, it's a place that gets a lot of lightning over a broad river or bay. They say several thunderstorms converge together, and this happens about 300 days a year.
