They are great for diabetics as they are a source of inulin. Also for those in the deep south check out the moringa seeds to grow the tree, most of which is edible. Also plant blueberries and blackberries both of which have real health benefits. I could go on, but you get the drift. Do what you can for yourself and do it now. I am way behind the curve on being prepared so I am looking for every way I might possibly gain an edge. Then there are our 14 children and grand children to be concerned about.
