Going from 1.2 million abortions a year to 1.06 million abortions a year is not cause for rejoicing. And Obama had nothing to do with it. Obamacare is making getting abortions easier, as it is a covered procedure. The article also points to the fact the decline may be illusionary as the numbers are based on voluntary, self-reporting of providers. Meaning the numbers could be larger if not all providers have reported.
