might turn out to be not a bad thing for the church or the country.

The 501c3 status was a trap from its inception.  IMHO all churches need to voluntarily get out from under it asap! The constitution was all that they needed in the first place.  It appears that the talons of this status will soon be even more devastating in the near future per the plans of the globalist NWO

That is easy for us to say, but it would affect individual pastors not just the church itself.

Doing the right thing is not easy sometimes in fact honoring God and obeying GOD above all is not easy at all! What affects the pastor, affects the flock he leads. God honors those that honor him and the 501c3 is not in the playbook:) If you are a pastor(if you arent I wonder why you replied as you did) then you are aware the letters the government sends out monthly putting pressure on the pastor to do things he didnt think he signed up for. The pressure is increasing and it is not going to get any better. It is a grim situation. Unfortunately,we all learn hard lessons in life that have lasting ramifications and consequences. The pastors that signed up to be a corp are reaping what they sowed and the flock is going to also be stuck in the line of fire! The church was never intended to be ran like a corporation.God left instructions for the structure of the church. It does not include a board of members who make the decisions because they were chosen based on their financial portfolio. All heck is about to break with all churches who are under the 501c3. Unfortunately, the majority of churches in the USA are trapped unless they start the process of removing the bondage now before it is too late. It isnt about the pastor but it is about the church God entrusted to the pastor.
