There are a few instances in the Bible were marriages were ordained by God, but they are the exception not the rule and the Bible does not hold them up as doctrine. God will guide you in your choice if you choose to be married, but there is nothing in the Bible to suggest that God has pegged anyone with someone that He has chosen for them to marry. When you wait on the Lord He will guide you into all of His Truth, even on who to marry. But as shiloh says there is nothing in scripture on God picking the one you are going to marry.
