The gains for the formerly poorer areas is astounding. The new federal income tax changes have pulled the rug out from under the pharaohs, for the subjects of States can no longer deduct their high State income tax from their federal income tax. So they are moving away from these awful high tax States to Tennessee, Utah, Texas, and Florida. Florida perhaps being the best for it does not tax passive dividend income either like Tennessee does. Look at real estate prices zooming at Tennessee, wow! Still really inexpensive by comparison to higher tax high population places, but wow. Soon there will be need for greater infrastructure and the pressure will be on for revenue (taxes), but so far places like Florida are doing well keeping the tax structure intact. There is need at these low tax States for places for the increasing population to gather and worship God. That is often overlooked or even resisted. But it is vital to having a excellent community. May God raise up missionaries to go, to move along with the moving populations so that many may hear the gospel of Jesus, worship Him, learn, and be found mature in the Lord.
