Matthew chapters 6 and 22 are always good reminders for me.  It eases my worries regarding life, personal wants and desires, and keeps me faithful.

I think a very powerful reminder is,

“I Count all things lost compared to the infinite value of knowing Christ, for whom I have discarded all things, counting them as garbage so that I may gain Christ. Anyone who is mature in faith should adopt this view..” (Phillipians 3:8,15).

That's too powerful of a reminder for me, and I'm constantly working towards it.

It is the Mature challenge of a Christian, to Count all lost but knowing Christ. It tests us indeed, but in a good way. Thankfully the know in knowing Christ is Ginosko or Epignosko which is to personally know in Christ in a intimate relationship. :)
