Whether they realize it or not; atheists, pagans, agnostics, communist's, socialists, kings, dictator's, tyrants and presidents recognize and adhere to it. 1. Today, what year is it in America? 2. Today, what year is it in Russia? 3. Today, what year is it in China? 4. Today, what year is it in India? 5. Today, what year is in N. Korea? 6. Today, what year is it universally and globally? Give or take a year, something happened 2,020 years ago that was so powerful and amazing, the globe set its calendar to it as a remembrance and measurement of where we are in time. Think on how amazing this is. The whole world recognizes a world changing event occurring roughly 2,020 years ago, and they can't rid themselves of it and still recognize and follow it. They've tried their best to obscure and camouflage the meaning of our measurement of where we are; by changing before Christ [B.C.] to before the common era [B.C.E.]; and anno Domini, in the year of our Lord [A.D.] , to the common era [C.E.] So, back to the title of this post, "What Year is it??? It's 2,020 years since our Lord and Savior came in the flesh to take upon Himself the sins of the world, and for our personal Salvation. And 'one year' closer to His return to suddenly snatch His children to be with Him for all eternity. Happy New Year everyone! Disclaimer: This was a summation of listening to a Phil Robertson [Duck Dynasty] podcast yesterday, he's an amazing and faithful man of God and brother in Christ.

If some atheist wants to get his panties in a bunch about it, that's his business.

But that is my opinion.
