The believers have been relieved and freed from this judgment, because Christ has been judged for their sin, on the Cross, already. A unbeliever will meet God as their Judge. A Christian, a believer, will meet God as their Loving Heavenly FATHER. Edited April 25, 2020 by Behold

Both believers as well as unbelievers. No verse specifies that unbelievers and believers will stand side by side during judgments, but scripture does teach that believers will give an account of themselves before the Judgment Seat of Christ. And unbelievers will be judged according to their works at the great white throne. So, by that, we can say there will be two separate judgments.
