1 Peter chapter 4 verse 17

For it is time for judgment to begin with God's household; and if it begins with us, what will the outcome be for those who do not obey the gospel of God?

No.

The unbelievers will be judged for their Christ rejection.

The believers have been relieved and freed from this judgment, because Christ has been judged for their sin, on the Cross, already.

A unbeliever will meet God as their Judge.

A Christian, a believer, will meet God as their Loving Heavenly FATHER.

The bible teaches that ALL men living and dead will give an account of themselves to Christ. Both believers as well as unbelievers. No verse specifies that unbelievers and believers will stand side by side during judgments, but scripture does teach that believers will give an account of themselves before the Judgment Seat of Christ. And unbelievers will be judged according to their works at the great white throne. So, by that, we can say there will be two separate judgments.
