Guest
Reading Luke 20, verses 28 to 36 I wondered. Why and how did Jesus ride an unbroken young donkey? There must be meaning of course to this. For any ordinary person, doing this would be very likely unpredictable and undignified. It would throw you off and panic in every way especially in huge noisy crowds. It wouldn't like having garments thrown upon it either. So what could it all mean?

See, for example, Numbers 19:2, I Samuel 6:7 Jesus was also buried in a tomb that hadn't been used before (Luke 23:53).

Something inside Jesus made the donkey peace and calm. Something inside Jesus made pharisees and priests wanted to kill Him, Hypocrites are worst than donkey. Edited January 5, 2022 by R.
