How many hours and ratings do you need? Can you make a living flying for missionaries/charities/etc, or do you need to supplement it with other work? Are you a qualified pilot? If you are and are working as a pilot, you like in any job, can be a Christian employee. If it is flying in a missionary organisation then you are clearly unaware that missionaries raise their support from churches. Talk to your minister about why they don't support missionaries.
