Spying Our Freedom

“This matter arose because some false believers had infiltrated our ranks to spy on the freedom we have in Christ Jesus and to make us slaves.” (Galatians 2:4) 

It is incredible how history repeats itself. Today there is popular stream that has flowed into the Church, pretending to be Christians of a sort, but really seeking to enslave us again in laws and requirements Christ nailed to the cross.

We must beware, there are those who “spy our freedom” in Christ and will seek to lead us into slavery.

Indeed as Solomon says. Its a shame the 21st Century Infiltrators are making great gains as people abandon Grace for the ladder of merit that even Dante writes in Canto VII of the Paradiso cannot save mankind: 

“Man in his limitations had not power
  To satisfy, not having power to sink
  In his humility obeying then, Far as he disobeying thought to rise;
  And for this reason man has been from power
  Of satisfying by himself excluded.

For God more bounteous was himself to give
  To make man able to uplift himself,
  Than if he only of himself had pardoned;

And all the other modes were insufficient
  For justice, were it not the Son of God
  Himself had humbled to become incarnate.”
