I propose no words for labeling at all, because words may be misunderstood and therefore potentially harmful.  We should just refer to "A Person" "B Person" and etc.  (Then we'll just need a key for what each letter represents, which also may be problematic/harmful)

You're right! It would be VERY embarrassing to say, "Hi, I'm a sperm producer," or "I'm an egg producer." It's even MORE embarrassing to have to say, "I USED to be a sperm producer!" or I USED to be an egg producer!" Makes one want to re-evaluate saying ANYTHING in public!

If they require anything so ridiculous, I think I'm just going to say, "I have XY chromosomes."
