Thanks for lending your expertise on Judaism though! My "expertise" is in having a heart full of anger and hatred. Having walked a very dark path for a very long time when I was young, I have no difficulty recognizing one when I encounter it. The solution is repentance and forgiveness of all those you hate, including yourself, the result if you don't is a severely diminished life of constant anguish and strife, never becoming what God intended you to be.
