In the Millennium?

Daze, what is it that bothers you about enduring to the end? There is no pretrib rapture. We the elect/saints will endure until Jesus Christ returns at the 7th trump—and we will be the overcomers. Again, here’s that list of promises from God for those who endure to the end and overcome. Revelation 2:7 7....To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God. Revelation 2:11 11 ...He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death. Revelation 2:17 17...To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it. Revelation 2:26-28 26 And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations: 27 And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father. 28 And I will give him the (truth of the ) morning star. (In verse 2:28–to know the difference between the true morning star and the fake, who is satan.) Revelation 3:5 5 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels. Revelation 3:12 12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name. Right. Overcoming and enduring are two different things. So what do you think it is that we endure until the end?

And to what end? Here is a list of promises God makes to those who overcome, those who endure until the second coming of the true Christ and are not deceived by the antichrist. The whore is actually a city. It’s Babylon (confusion)! It’s a “city”! Rev. 13:10 Whoever is destined for captivity, to captivity he goes: whoever kills with the sword, by the sword must he be killed. This is what shows the patience and the faith of the saints. Let’s go back a little to verse 8 which talks about worshiping the AC/Satan. Rev. 13:8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. So what’s your destiny? Who are you going to be “captive” to? Will it be the dragon (Antichrist/Satan) or will it be the true CHRIST? Will you be deceived by Satan or will you not be deceived? because you will be marked for one or the other. You will either have the seal of God in your forehead and have your name written in the Lamb’s book of life or you will be deceived and worship the dragon and receive his beastly mark. If your name is written in the Lamb’s book, then you have the patience and the faith to endure unto the end.

Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will go into them, and I will praise the LORD: This gate of the LORD, into which the righteous shall enter. I will praise thee: for thou hast heard me, and art become my salvation. The stone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner. Amen! And verse 9 makes it crystal clear! And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God. - Zechariah 13:9 (KJV)

In the first three chapters of the book of Revelation, Christ took the apostle John (in the spirit) into the future and showed him what is/will be happening on earth as we get ever closer to the Day of the Lord and the Millennium, which I believe is very near since we are already living in the generation of the "Fig Tree.” All of us trying to understand this amazing book need to keep in mind that this is prophecy and that many of the events that John sees spiritually haven’t happened yet in real time, even though John has “seen” them.

After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb. And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God, Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen. And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they? And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. - Revelation 7:9-14 (KJV) Here’s my understanding (Lord help me). This multitude of people have all been saved and come from all nations and languages. This is not a pretrib rapture, as many believe. It is all the Christian people who have ever lived and have passed on. This is the multitude that John sees standing before the Lord in their white robes, washed in the blood of the Lamb, and their sins made white as snow.

I believe this is referring to folks who will be deceived. This is saying that people’s love for family and friends will grow cold because they will turn away from God’s Word. And this apostasy scenario will just get worse and worse when those who fall away are unable to convince their family or true believers/saints/Elect to follow the Antichrist who they believe is the true Christ. In other words, they have been deceived. But God's Elect will never be deceived by the Antichrist. They are destined to endure to the end, remaining true to the King of kings and Lord of lords.

D, Shiloh’s problem is that he doesn’t understand that your completely made up scenario is a satire and not what you actually believe. I would suggest you tell him what you really believe. I was confused myself when I first read it. Your title was confusing as well. See, not everyone, including myself, understands satire and/or sarcasm when in print. Sounds good; I agree. Revelation 11:3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth. According to the verse above, the two witnesses have one thousand two hundred and threescore days which = 3 1/2 years. Notice that it’s days, not moons. This is the last half of the 3 1/2 year period shortened to 2 1/2 months if we consider Revelation 9:5: And they were not given authority to kill them, but to torment them for five months. Their torment was like the torment of a scorpion when it strikes a man. Since 1260 days are longer than 42 months, it follows that the two witnesses will arrive in Jerusalem a few days before the Antichrist. The two witnesses should therefore be spotted around two and a half months into the locusts' five-month period. and there’s my

And we know one of its heads (a nation) will receive a deadly wound which the second beast in verse 4, the one that the world marvels and follows after, is Satan/the AC (the dragon). And when the AC causes the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, people will worship him (the image/AC) instead, believing his lies and blasphemous claims that he is Jesus—apostasy!
